Works ok product came as described but I was hoping to buy a spare battery for distance and got no response back from seller when asked and when researching I found the battery I received with the bike is a 7.8 Ah battery not a 12 Ah but it still works well goes about 25 mph not sure if I get 60 miles with pedal assist seems to be a little less but I can't confirm yet ... show more

I ordered 2 of these. Both bikes have a red gasket that isn’t seated in the boot correctly. One bike has the front brake mount that hits the rotor, I had to add a spacer. Communicating with them, they say it’s not an issue with the gaskets. Haven’t heard about the rotor. Also when pedaling, foot hits the kickstand, bad design. The bike is good but I can't get another battery for it. Replacement batteries from other bikes won't work because it has to fit into the frame and lock.

    • A very nice bike lock, easy to use, and it seems very strong and unbreakable to keep your bike safe.
This 5-digit combination bike lock is sturdy and strong, especially given the reasonable price. I got this because I inherited my dad's old bike and I have been thinking about giving biking a try even though I haven't done it in decades. I have many health issues that prevent me from doing some of the more intense sort of exercises, but I think if I keep my speed low it will be good for me. That said, I have been afraid to take it out because it is a nice bike and I don't want to risk it getting stolen. So, I was happy to see this pop up and I ordered it right away. The cable is heavy-duty as advertised and should be safe from someone trying to cut through it. I pulled very hard on the locking mechanism, and it definitely seems solid and virtually unbreakable. Despite how solid it is, it is also very lightweight, so it won't add a lot of undesirable weight to your ride. I am happy this has a combination lock instead of keys, because I really don't want to carry a bunch of keys with me. It was very simple to change the combination to my own easy-to-remember number. I can also see that this could have multiple uses - for examle I have a shed in our back yard that I could use this to lock the shed if I have anything of value in there. I do agree with some others that it is not quite as long as advertised - I measured mine at just over 4', so that is why it is 4 stars instead of 5. All in all, this is a very nice bike lock and I am happy to recommend it. ... show more

The front bar leading to the front wheel fully split like a dancer doing the splits on a minor speed bump in my work parking lot which is capped at 10 mph. The front fender split, fully collapsed, and took me down with so much force I ended up with 2 fractured ribs, a bruised lung, and an ER visit. Probably not worth it, even on a sale ... show more
