Came ahead of schedule, had some initial issues with the battery but cycrowns customer service had a replacement to me fast. Been communicating to work (5 miles) for a couple of weeks now - bike is good quality and the battery lasts the full 10 miles at top speed all throttle, but I wouldnt try much further than that without going down on top speed. Assembly is easy enough even if the directions dont exactly match the assembly video or what's given in the kit, honestly though it isn't rocket science. It took me a couple hours alone, would have been better with two people. Other reviews talk about the mechanical brakes, they are definitely squeaky probably need a realignment but nothing major. ... show more

This is a fun bike to ride, batteries are good run time also. I like that you can turn one off and treat it like a reserve. We did have the brake handle that was damaged in shipping but contacted customer service with a picture and they have one shipping to us. The product description did state that’s it’s 1000/1500 w motor and the box says 750/1000 so that is a bit misleading. The customer service from Fanny made up for that though and compared to another friend that has the Hunter model that is the 1000w it’s not that big of difference and battery run time is better. ... show more

Bike seems to be decent in operation comfortable to ride. However, customer service is the worst I’ve ever had to deal with. I bought two identical bikes originally at the same time one bike was fine. The other one did not work. The wiring to the motor was damaged during assembly prior to shipment.. originally wanted a refund but agreed to a replacement motor if they provided instructions and guaranteed the ease to replace. Well, let’s just say trying to get to this point took a week and a half communicating back-and-forth via email. A week later, a rear rim assembly shows up with no instructions whatsoever. Good thing I’m mechanically inclined and work on cars for a living. Replaced the rear motor assembly pretty simple now the bike’s working. I highly “do not recommend this seller” Amazon, what is wrong with you? Does anyone Vet who you let sell on your platform? Seriously, listen up! This isn’t the first seller I’ve had problems with from Amazon. It seems you just let it go on. I’m no longer a prime member and this is one of the reasons why. ... show more

Nice bike but getting 75 miles per charge isn't accurate. Maybe if you leave it on level 1 the whole time but that isn't good. Also on the battery where you check to see how much the battery is full doesn't work (on or off or unplugged or plugged in ). As big as the battery is the battery should run longer and also the percent of the battery goes up and down but mostly down pretty quick while you ride it. It can be fully charged and I can ride it for about 10 minutes and it'll go all the way down to 85%. Just with me riding on level 2 or 3. Brakes aren't very good either ... show more

    • I'm loving the Cycrown cycfree ebike!
It has been a great experience with the Cycrown cycfree ebike thus far. It does what I need it to do & it's been a lot of fun! I've had it almost a month, ride it at least 4 days a week-about 10 miles a day. I use passenger assist level 3 mostly, sometimes 5, use throttle maybe 10% of ride. I do hills & mostly ride paved streets & concrete trails but it does well in gravel too. Battery: I have to charge battery after day 4 riding. I ride it down to 5%. The battery is done at 5% for me anyway & it's pedaling only at that point. It takes about 8-9 hours to get full charge & see light turn green. That's ok with me. I just wouldn't charge it overnight. Customer Service: I didn't receive my basket but emailed customer service & Rachel was great at resolving the issue & ensuring I was a satisfied customer! I love their customer service (& my basket too)! Overall experience: I did purchase a wider seat, as the original did not suit me. The seat is the only thing I wish they would alter. This was my 1st ebike & I researched & chose it b/c of the tall scooter handle bar, front basket & rear rack, & its great value price. I'm tall (5'11") & can sit straight up w/o slanting. I love riding this bike & get up super early to beat everybody on the trail! I would recommend this bike! It's not too heavy for me to bring up & down steps each ride. I load & lift from back rack & find that easier. I would like to purchase the Cycrown CycHunter model (with long moped seat) next. ... show more
