I bought the 1000w bike. It arrived fully assembled in great, protective packaging. No damage. All I had to do was charge the battery, put the handlebars on and unfold it. That's it. Everything works as advertised. I was really worried because the price for 1000w bikes is much, much higher from other sellers. I tried buying this bike on Wish and got scammed. I should have known better, the price was way too good on Wish. I did get my money back, ordered this bike from Amazon, and I'm very happy. His bikes are just like the video shows. I'm able to get up to 28 mph without pedaling. About 34 mph if I peddle. It's very, very fast. I've got to buy a bike helmet, going at those speeds. Bike came well packaged. Assembled 99% already. Easy. Heavy solid bike, larger than I expected. Never able to ride it because it never turned on. Requested refund and shipped it back with prepaid shipping label. Fed ex came to my house for pick up. Was pain to re pack it and fool around trying to get it working. But, seller made it easy to return ( well as easy as possible) free to ship back. Wish it would have worked but I got full refund quickly so I can't complain. 3 stars because refunded with free shipping back and bike part was solid. This ebike is very strong power, that's my second bike, I like it very much. At this price point this is the best e-bike value, , definitely on Amazon. Buying from Amazon with the free shipping made this a great purchase. the 1000w motor s really pass up the competition on Amazon. I did a lot of research, this is an incredible bike. I’m 5’7” and it fits me well, a smaller rider maybe 5’5” and smaller is going to find it too big. It’s heavy also, I was surprised by that, but it rolls and tracks very well, very stable at higher speeds. The packaging coming no scratches or dings! Out of the box the battery was fully charged and I saw 22 MPH on my first ride, it gets up to speed quickly and maintains it, peddle assist is really cool, super great components, and the fun factor, I HIGHLY recommend this bike. ... show more

On the app the bike I believe has 5 spike rims which really made me want to buy the bike but when I got it I was kind of disappointed cause not the rims I wanted that's why I gave it 3 stars😞

This is the second eBike for our family, I bought the Eficentline eBike as a birthday gift for my wife, so far she is very happy. Overall, I give it five stars. Easy to assemble, foldable and slightly less heavy than other bikes. The battery takes three hours to charge and lasts for a long time, also my wife likes the choice of different assist levels with 7-speed shifting. This eBike is an excellent value and is what I’ve recommended to others entering the eBike world especially with gas prices on the rise we will see more Ebikes on the roads. ... show more

Very solid design and virtually no assembly required other than unpacking. Please note that the bike does not come with a rack that is a drizna rack from Amazon it fits but you do need to make a few modifications small but it is very solid. All in all and excellent purchase. Their customer support is also excellent I've had a few questions and you emailed them and they're back to you within 24 hours or less. ... show more
