From the box it was vary easy to put together, and work. When you're putting it together, you can see, and feel the quality of the bike. Very solid construction. My initial ride till now has been nothing short of pure fun, and injoyment. The bike has plenty of power to get my 230 lb ars everywhere on and off road. The shock system works very well, and it's nice that you can adjust the front. The bike is very easy to fold, and it's very easy to adjust for different size riders. I do wish it came with fenders. Fenders are somewhat hard to find for this bike. I found some Ecotric 26"fat tire fenders that look and function very well for the bike. Other then that, I'm so happy I bought this bike. The media could not be loaded. Pros: *Good price for a double suspension e-bike. *Confortable to ride. *Easy to ride when using as a regular bike. Cons: *Heavy for transport and handling when not in used. *Battery was a little loose inside the bike, I fixed it with a little foam under it. *You cannot use the throttle only, it needs to be on pedal assist 1,2 or 3 for the throttle to work. *They sent me the wrong color, I purchased the red one and received the green one. In conclusion, this is good eBike if you are on a budget. ... show more

Overall, I have been impressed with this bike especially given the reasonable price. I’ve been using it for my 20 minute work commute in a city with a lot of hills. Very little assembly needed, it took me maybe 20 minutes to get it assembled and this was mostly removing the packaging. The manual was very basic so I relied mostly on the video and my own knowledge. Note, I would not recommend this bike if you plan on using it for public transportation. Although it is foldable, it is still fairly heavy and awkward to carry with one person when folded. It would be very difficult to bring onto a bus or train, but can easily fit in the trunk/back of a car. Pros: - Booster mode is a nice feature when you are walking with the bike next to you. - Very strong motor and fast especially on pedal assist 3 - Separate buttons for horn and light which is nice. Some bikes the light button you have to use the LCD display to turn on which takes longer. Cons/Suggestions: - My biggest issue is you have to turn the battery on and leave the key in while driving. The keyhole is underneath the bike in the battery which means the key is dangling underneath while biking. This can cause it to get wet or possibly fall out. - Pedal assist does not automatically stop when you press the brakes (there is a short delay from when you stop pedaling to when it stops providing power) - Throttle is linked to the pedal assist. You have to have pedal assist turned on to use the throttle. The power of the throttle is then tied to what level of assist you’re on. This can be frustrating because sometimes it’s nice to only use the pedals with your own strength and then occasionally use throttle to help you. ... show more

My e-bike was delivered and I was very excited to try it. It was easy to assemble and seems nice, but the seat and seat post were missing from the box. I can’t even try it out because it needs the seat. I would definitely not recommend ordering from Kivvbe because they do not answer. I guess my only option is buying a seat from a local bike shop. I am very disappointed with this purchase and this company’s lack of response. Save yourself the headaches and purchase from another company. ... show more
