This electric bike is a great item. This is very easy to ride and the size is large enough for an adult or teen to ride. It not only is electric but it can be used manually with peddles as well. The assembly was a little longer than I had expected. But once assembled my son has loved every minute of riding this item. The bike is not foldable and it looks very stylish and modern. It is stable and rides smoothly. I would definitely recommend wearing a helmet while riding this bike just be user how fast it will go when turned on. There is a head light that can be turned off and on to see at night and the digital screen is clear and understandable. The instructions were on point. Great value for the money two thumbs up!

Okay, this bike is solid. It is easy to use just as a bicycle without any motor. But, there are some short-falls to the design. If you're older (I'm 62, hubby is 68). I'm 5'6" and he is 5'10," yet both of us have to be on tippy toes to touch the ground from the seat (and yes, that is with the seat in the lowest position). The way the seat is positioned, combined with the style of the handlebars, you will have a lot of weight on your wrists. You don't have much space from the seat to the handlebars, so you feel a bit unnatural in this position. I don't have wrist issues, but after a couple miles on the bike, my wrists were feeling the strain of being leaned forward with my weight on my hands. I know 20 is the top speed, but it feels really fast when you're perched on top that thing like a hamster. You can raise the seat, but in its lowest position, your ride high on the bike...I can't imagine anyone needing the seat higher unless you have legs like Stretch Armstrong. The tires are perfect (not thin and not fat). I do wish they had more of a lady's style because you really have to swing your leg high to get over that bar. I guess they were going for no-gender because I isn't as high as a man's bike, and it isn't low like a lady's bike...they went for upper-midway which truly is a bit too high for a woman. Everything else I love about the bike from the headlight to the mud flaps (fender covers). If you're a young person, this is a very economical and fun bike. Older folks...not so much. This is fine for me as an intro to electric biking, but in another year or so I'll be selling this and looking for something with a better design, and then I won't feel like I'm riding in the Tour De France.

Idk how this gets 5 star reviews unless people are reviewing after one ride or after first week because it will give you nothing but headaches and after only a few months of riding it’s unusable! Do not get this product, it is a scam in quality and unusable. Granted it’s cheap but it will not last. Day one the inner tube was too cheap to last one ride on decent roads. Ended up getting it replaced myself cause it was a cheap fix. But then i realized any bump will cause the chain to fall off so i had to get that tightened and it still falls off regularly anyway. The bolt on the left pedal consistently loosens immediately when riding and i need to always ride with a alan key in order to make sure it doesn't fall off. Even after getting extra strength lock tight that required a blow torch to apply it still falls offs after a few rides and needs to be regularly tightened . All of this i could deal with due to it being a cheap product(pay what you get). However even after dealing with all that the battery is refusing to charge now. I store bike in garage and know not to plug anything in when moist. I cant avoid rain at all times but manual said it can get wet just don't soak basically. I was aware it was cheap so i only charged battery when i knew it was all dry. Nope it just died out of nowhere and now it refuses to charge(charger says its full) everything else says its dead. Smaller things to deal with is moisture immediately got into speedometer/display and is there permanently basically since first week. Bike internal display and battery’s power display never are similar. Bike will say its dead battery says its half full. Sometimes the bike thinks im still moving when im not so that calibration issue prevents me from reaching an actual 20 mph since the bike thinks its at 20 when its really around 14-15. Also only has one gear ratio 1-7 unlike most bikes that would have two separate gear combinations, so when battery gave out, riding without electric assist was extremely taxing on me. This thing is a wast of money absolutely don't buy!!! Never had so many problems with a product when trying to keep it working… After reaching out to customer service they simply closed the communication channel when i informed them about the battery issue. So yeah this business is not legit and does not care if they sell a good product keep that in mind

I bought this bike for my nephew he loves it. Great for him since he is new to electric bikes. The price was good, and it was easy to put together. The front light was great, bright enough for the night. Has reflector In the back and on wheels which is great, even though he will not really be riding at night. The battery last good on one charge, I think he put it on charge after 3hrs, but it was not dead. The speed and power is just enough for him while he is getting acquainted with electric bikes. The only complaint was for the tires, the tires are really not that great he busted an inter tube just by going on the side walk, the tires seemed to be not thick enough, he is going to see about replacing with better ones.

I purchased this bike to ride to and from work, about a 10 minute ride on local streets. Love it. Absolutely no issues except the instructions were a little weird but once it's together it's the best. I'm 380lbs and while it's rated for 320 it has no problem pushing me around at full speed pure electric. Pedal assist works great as well when you use it. Can't comment on the seat because I replaced it when I received it as the normal bike seats hurt quite a lot. Cruise control is a killer to save your hands, works great as well. Highly recommended.

Edited as of 11/12/2025: a manger Justin reached out to me to handle the situation below and he was very helpful and have now had all issues resolved Justin gave alot of clarification on the misunderstandings going on with the company and customer service and we have come to a happy medium.. My son was able to ride the bike today after being at the bike shop getting fixed and the bike works very well and Justin assured me if any issues arise in the future things will be handled smoothly.. Bike its self would be a good I think but the tire popped the 2nd day so bot really sure but bike would be okay if we didnt get a defective one Customer service is responsive but not realistic When we put bike together front brakes were stuck together we loosened them little bit so we could out the tire on like it said in directions when putting together but the brakes themselves dont work Then when my son put it all together got everything on he was testing it out to see how it is with everything together and the tire blew it already came with air we didn't have to add anything all of this happen on 10/18-20 and we have been talking to seller every since and today is Nov 4th issue is still not resolved they want me to take the bike to a bike repair shop and only willing to reimburse $20-$40 of the repair I feel this is very unacceptable since we ordered the bike 10/16 recieved 10/18 and have had problems ever since based off how my experience has been so far I would not purchase this bike again Customer service sent a new tire with no inner tube and not instructions to put tire on when I asked for instructions they sent instructions that would require bike tools which we do not have as this would be my 12 year old son's first electric bike so I let them know instructions were not helpful
