The only issue was they gave me a wrong tracking number to begin with. It still delivered ahead of schedule. The unit itself was well designed and functioned perfectly. Installation was smooth and fit was perfect.

The media could not be loaded. These Attic stairs are superbly engineered and work great on top of being super cool. If I had to do it over I would figure out how to make the stairs wider. I kept it between the roof trusses but since it is custom made l should have gone wider and reengineered the roof truss at that location. I did take someone’s advice and bought an electric winch for less than $100 and mounted it above the hole. That was a huge help for installation and now I use it to lift containers into the attic so it still has utility. I have no reservations recommending the product. Wish it was around years ago. Just go wide if possible due to the included collapsable handrails which are great and the external step mechanism. ... show more
