I submitted for exchange and the replacement arrived the next day. The item works correctly but the box is still missing the sand cleaning attachment.

Not worth the money. Seems to have good features but died after 2 uses. Can't return. Horrible product. Feel cheated.

Works okay, but clogged quickly and needed to be cleared within a minute of turning it on. Power diminished rapidly as filter bogs down. Was missing a piece (sand washing head), so am returning.

The product works, but it is a slow process with a large tank because the container that holds the muck is small and the small filters get clogged easily. Beware: This Does not come with the gravel cleaning attachment shown on the box at this time, but I use mine without it. I also find that the minimal instructions given are confusing, so I learned to use it by trial and error. It would work well for a small tank and not many fish. However, I have 11 fish and 135 gal tank, but I will continue to use this.

After bad experiences with 3 gravel cleaners ( 1 manual and 2 battery powered siphons ) I found this electric gravel cleaner. I’m very happy with this products. It works effectively and effortlessly. Believe me . You pay more but it is worth to a penny.
