I thought this would work great but the day my return window closed the fans started squealing like mad. It kept the system cool while the fans worked but now it started squeaking when the fans come on like they are seazing up. The unit also doesn't stay attached to the PS4 very well. It falls off with the slightest touch. My return window closed yesterday and now I'm stuck with a dieing fan system. Don't bother with this unit. ... show more

Works great only problem I have is how easy they fall out the PlayStation and one of the fans quit working but the was my fault (well it’ll work after I spin it)

Wasnt the best fan ig. But it definitely stopped my playstation from overheating. The damn thing would get too hot and turn off almost immediately after power on. And even with a fan it ran loud. So i’m sure this fan is an amazing fan cuz it kept my really crappy play station from overheating.(lucky i have an xbox now) ... show more

Super simple to install- pops right on the back. The USB cord needs to plug into the FRONT of the machine, and the cord is JUST long enough to reach around with a little slack. The USB cord is not removable. Function- It works great! Nice and quiet, and our PS4's fan was always sounding like a jet about to take off! With this fan, the works stay cooler and the fan stays quiet. Also- there's an auto or manual mode for the unit. We leave it on auto, so it turns on when the motor gets warmer than 32 degrees C.     • NOT FOR DAILY USE!
UPDATE: If you use your system daily this is NOT the product for you, I have had it for a month now I use my PS4 daily and the fan is starting to crap out make weird sounds and causing MORE HEATING than cooling. It's nice easy to install and I can't lie it does work well but the way it installs it doesn't lock in so it vibrates. Other than the fact that there could be some improvement to the attachment pieces to give it a tighter hold and there by eliminating the vibration. Side note: I almost forgot one last little note I would not plug the cord into the PlayStation itself you're creating more draw/heat, I would take that cord and plug it in a cell phone charger base like I have done and plug it in independently if possible. I also think the creators should make a 3-6 foot cable option with plug base so you don't have to plug it into the PlayStation it self, just a little advice. ... show more
