One bowl was broken and the glazing on several of the plates didn’t match and Some of the plates were scratched. ***NOTE*** Company was fast to make it right, sent replacement dishes right away, making sure we had them in time for our Christmas party! Gave them an upgraded 5 stars for their stress free customer service and their polite and quick response. The dishes are great and have a wonderful feel and offer a unique experience when hosting. I ordered the blue dinnerware set and I love it! It was just as pictured. The only problem was that one of the plates broken. I’ve messaged the seller and they said for me to contact Amazon. Amazon only gives me the option to return the whole set. This is disheartening, I just need (1) dinner plate and I don't want to return the whole set. And, I cannot message Amazon about this.

I bought the blue set. The set is beautiful. Each piece is individually made. So, there may be slight variances in the color. I like it. Others may want every piece to be identical. Not realistic if each piece is handmade, which I imagine most stoneware to be. Only complaints are that a couple of pieces were broken upon arrival, but I don't know how it happened. I do believe the delivery driver inadvertently broke the pieces. Amazon sent me out a new set immediately and didn't want the previous set back at all. Their policy. So, I had a lot of extra dishes, which is great because a few dishes have chipped during stacking/unstacking or while accidentally dropping during washing. I am clumsy. Also, my stoneware dishes always chip no matter the brand. Also, the seller was nice in my communications with them. Update 9/24/24: I am deducting a star because of how fragile and thin the gorgeous ceramic bowls are. I wound up with about 6 bowls between the original shipment and the replacement that resulted in me having about 2 full sets of the dishes. I am now down to 1 due to the bowls breaking and chipping severely when I washed them in the sink and they slipped from my hands into the sink or onto other dishes. Odd that the other dishes from other brands that absorbed the shock of these bowls slipping and falling into them never broke. So, I can't recommend this set although the plates and mugs have held up well and only a few of those have chipped.

I am happy with this set and love the color but the only thing I had a slight problem with was the size of the dinner plates. They are a little on the small size compared to your average size plate.
