These dishes are beautiful! They have a nice, substantial weight to them, which I really prefer, and they feel much sturdier and more elevated than my previous ceramic set. The shape and functionality are excellent. The round plates have slightly raised edges that help keep food in place, the bowls are deep enough without feeling bulky, and the shallower salad bowls work perfectly for pasta, snacks, or smaller meals. Everything stacks neatly in my cabinet and fits comfortably without taking up too much space. They are fully dishwasher safe, and after several washes they still look great. They have also held up very well with daily use and feel genuinely durable. With two sizes of plates, two types of bowls, and an overall look and quality that feels more expensive than it actually is, I am extremely pleased with this purchase. I just received these. The set was packaged very well and arrived in perfect condition. The glaze is beautiful and shiny, and the dishes feel heavy/good quality. There is some variation in the pattern/glazing among the pieces that I find adds to the appeal, but you should know that every piece doesn't match perfectly if that's your thing. Absolutely beautiful dishware set!! They're much lovelier in person than the pictures, and they seem pretty solidly made with minimal flaws! Everything arrived safely, not a single broken piece- it was very well packed. The ONLY reason I can't give these beautiful dishes a full 5 stars is because there are decent scratches on the face of nearly every plate I received. Some are less noticeable than others, but a couple of plates are very scratched which is a bit of a let-down. So long as they hold up fine though, it's not the end of the world. It's just a shame that they're so scratched up because in every other way, this is a gorgeous set! Maybe mine were just a fluke. ... show more

Product exactly as pictured. Love this dish set. I was a little bummed when I unpacked all the dishes and in the last box there was 1 bowl broken in half. I contacted the seller right away and immediately they sent out a replacement. I received the replacement 2 days later. Would highly recommend.
