Great background noise cancellation
Color: RGB
I use these to teach online and they are amazing! They cancel out background noise very well, which is a big deal so my students don’t get distracted. Highly recommend!

Great Comfort, Cool RGB, and Good Sound!
Color: RGB
These headphones are super comfortable with soft ear cushions, perfect for long gaming sessions. The RGB lighting looks awesome and adds a nice vibe to my setup. The sound quality is really good for the price — not the absolute best out there, but definitely solid for casual gaming. Totally worth it!

Cisco Work Phone
Color: RGB
May update this later but wanted to give my first impressions on this headset. I bought this for my work phone. I really hate the small call center headsets because they allow so much noise to come through as I'm on the phone with customers. My desk is in a hallway in a retail environment where I'm near the break room and the manager's offices. So, it can be pretty noisy with people chatting during breaks, celebrations, and all that kind of fun stuff. I don't want to be the one to ask others to be quiet when I'm on an important call nor do I want my customers thinking all we do is party all day and they are not being taken seriously. So far, I've had positive feedback on the mic volume. People can hear me clearly and I'm not too loud or quiet. As for the speakers, I do feel it blocks a lot of the noise and can hear others clearly. There does seem to be a little bit of boom to people's voices during the calls but I can lower the volume to make it manageable. The headset comes in a nice bag for storage. I like the cord but I may wish to find a way to attach it to something so it doesn't get pinched by my desk drawers. I love the lights on the side. They aren't too loud in color so it shouldn't be a distraction for others while I enjoy my gamer side at work. ;)

Looks cool, mic isn't
Color: RGB
When I first got these they were working really well. I love the RGB lighting and how the ear cuffs cover the ears. Wearing them for long gaming sessions didn't hurt them either. My issue is the mic itself. There would be times my mic would cut out but I'd toggle the mute button on the cord and it seemed to solve the issue. Now? Nothing is working to get the mic working. Toggled comp settings, Discord and even switched USB ports to see if that was the issue. It sucks that this happened right after the return window expired. I've even done the old stretching and bending of the wires to try and find any sort of sweet spot. I'm extremely disappointed these didn't last more than 2 months

Stopped working after 3 months
Color: RGB
I dropped it one time yesterday and now there's no sound. None at all. It's the only time I've dropped it. Height maybe 2.5 feet off the ground. This was durable and very comfortable and great until now. I also didn't like how I had to get a USB-C adapter for it. I've checked using it in multiple ports and w/multiple adapters. It's the headset. Frustrated. No longer have the original packaging. I've dropped more expensive headsets repeatedly and never had this happen. The durability must just be for looks.

Great headset with less cost…
Color: RGB
I used this for call center work. I purchased in August last year. It worked great with minor issues until recently when the mute button stopped working. Coworkers would ask about my mic because they said I sounded so clear. I’d say for the price, it was worth it. Trying out a different style headset next but if that doesn’t work, I’ll be getting another one of these because it was worth the price I paid for it.

This is exactly what my son was looking for!
Color: RGB
It's been 3 days since the headphones arrived at our home, and my son is still singing praise about the quality of these headphones! We decided to give this one specific item as an "EARLY" Christmas present. These headphones are WIRED. Some people may not prefer this. However, we do for ease of use for our 10 year old son. He often forgets to charge his gaming products and this is a great solution to that problem. He loves the fact that he can change the size of the headset. He especially loves the colors and fact that the side of the headphones light up. I can attest to them being noise canceling as I have to repeatedly call his name to get his attention. This is particularly great for him; I can't say the same for myself... LOL The option to increase or decrease the volume or choose to mute your mic on the cord is a nice convenient feature. FYI: Make sure you plug the headphones in BEFORE turning on any electronics/applications. **WIRED headset is plugged in via USB connection. We definitely recommend these headphones!
