Easy to use, setup and install. Great video resolution and sends alerts to your phone. Overall, it’s a great option at an affordable price. I just hate that I had to pay twice for the annual service because I had to get a replacement. I don’t understand why you can’t transfer service if you received a faulty device and had to get a replacement a day after receiving the order from Amazon. I wanted a quick to setup and inexpensive ring doorbell. I was able to setup quickly with my phone and WiFi and had it working within 10 mins. I like the quality / price point Would definitely test another product from this brand

I've had the camera for a little while now. I had to put it up after my groceries were being taken and packages. The quality of the camera is good. It picks up motion at a good range sometimes. Sometimes i could be watching and the delivery has already been dropped off. But it doesn't show it. But other times it is working perfect. Quality is clear for the most part. Night vision is good also. Doorbell is excellent. One thing i didn't know but found out is. If you have a lot of smoke when cooking. It will alert you that there is a fire and will chime. Fire. I love that. It charges pretty fast. The battery last a good while too. I am not having to charge it a lot. Overall, i really like it and recommend. ... show more

I was reluctant for a while to buy cameras I thought they would be expensive and a hassle to install. I ordered 2 of these and they were delivered the same day, I had them set up on the app and hung before I went to bed that night. The price is so affordable and even the subscription is worth every penny. It is so simple to set up and the app works great, I get notifications if someone comes to the door or walks by. Also you can set the sensitivity level on the app so it doesn’t alert you for a car driving by or something irrelevant. Batteries seem good, I charged them once and day 3 they are still at 80% . The photo quality is pretty good. The battery last pretty long. Install was easy. My one frustration is that when someone is at the door ringing the doorbell and I go into the app so I can talk to them while I’m not home, the video loads and loads and loads and loads and then by the time it’s ready for you to talk the person has left the door step. ... show more
