I have to admit, I was a tiny bit hesitant about this considering the price. But I have to say, these doorbells are amazing! I bought one for each door, and they have worked quite well. Set up was maybe 5 mins, including the plug in chime. I have had multiple deliveries since putting these up a few days ago, and getting the notification is great. Just know that you do need a cloud membership to see recorded video snippets, although the price on that isn't bad either. This camera is one of the best I bought for the price. It’s easy to put together, comes with enough space for video plus the option to buy more storage. My favorite feature is being able to speak and hear people at the door. Very clear video and audio. My only issue is the tape is not strong enough to stick to the door when the wind is blowing hard. We have two of these video doorbells. The one at the front door worked so well that I put one at the back door. Guests and deliveries aren't coming to the back door, so I didn't plug in the ringer that came with it. Notifications are prompt and the video is clear. The app is easy to download and works like it says it does. The only negative thing I have found is that it isn't recognized in the Amazon Alexa app. That is a minor negative that I can work around do to the quality of this item. Compared to the first video doorbell that we had, which was a RING. I won't go into how I feel about that. This doorbell is all you need. ... show more

The quality of the video is great... but... I got these because I didn't want to pay a subscription (although the subscription is only $30 year it isn't bad but I have 2 cameras so it's $60 a year) also you can't review or download videos without that subscription. You can only view in real life. They do function well and look great but if you don't want to pay a subscription these are just glorified door bells. As someone said there is a very slight delay.. I'm a little caught in the middle for rating.. Video is great and I like you can talk to the person that is at the camera; however for a security device where you can't review the videos (at all) or download without a subscription..as stated earlier.. it's just a glorified door bell (and you must catch the person) if it's a delivery you can't look back on the video. ... show more

Overall, I am good with this camera and would buy another one. The detection is good at detecting people but has about a 3 second delay in detection. The battery life is excellent! I've had this for more than 2 months and have only needed to charge once, and it was only at 31% battery life. But, sometimes it does seem to disconnect periodically, but might be my wifi company issue as well. The clarity is good as well. I like this camera and would recommend it. Especially for the low cost for this item compared to its competitors that are so much more expensive!! ... show more
