This scooter is amazing and my son (8) loves it. He has never had issues with the battery dying while riding it. It has a safety feature where the scooter will only propel itself, if it is already moving. This is great because it insures that it only moves when he is ready because he already started pushing it. The controls are super easy and intuitive, it took him only a few minutes to figure it out. The three speed settings are perfect for a kid his age. Slow enough that he can ride with his friends that are walking, but fast enough he can keep up with the bikes but not so fast I worry about his safety. This scooter needs very little assembly, comes with a kick stand and a charger cord. It is a great value for the cost. I would highly recommend this scooter.

If i could give a lower score i would. The scooter shipped quickly and arrived on time, but the problems started immediately after opening the box. We assembled it correctly and fully charged it, yet it never turned on. We held the power button for the required two seconds—no screen, no lights, nothing. This was a Christmas gift for my child, so the disappointment was extremely upsetting. I contacted the seller and went back and forth with both them and Amazon trying to get a replacement or repair, with no resolution. I also purchased the Asurion 2-year protection plan, and my claim was denied without any explanation or assistance, despite the scooter being clearly defective. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend this product or the insurance coverage, especially for a gift.

Great scooter. Charger was broken and I had to rewire it with a different one. Now that charger doesn’t work. But two chargers on Amazon, but they didn’t fit. Need to know what size charger it is.

Im very happy and satisfied with the service I received and other than the brake problem which has been resolved I am happy with the performance of the scooter.
