Giving it a 4/5 due to the install. The black wire was too fat to insert through like the pictures show in install guide. Had to get wire strippers to thin it enough to slide through properly. Not sure if this was just mine or common to the product. My husband said install parts seemed a bit cheap and there are a few things that made me agree with him beyond the install, like holes at either end of the crystals so no matter what there's a hole in each one. It doesn't bother me because they are tiny and up high but a higher end product wouldn't have that. But it brings so much light to our closet, and is perfectly sized for a small walk-in. The crystals and gold finish makes this item compatible with a variety of decoration themes. It goes with the bright and dark painting in the kitchen and living room. My apartment has a triangle ceiling, it stayed vertical on my ceiling and seems perfectly normal.

The media could not be loaded. Please watch my video for a more comprehensive review. If you're a handy diy person and have ever replaced a light fixture, this is a very straightforward installation. It comes with 3 downrods so you can adjust the length based on your ceiling height. If you have a lower ceiling, you don't have to use the downrods, but you will need to cut your electric cord shorter to fit. However, hanging each crystal is very labor intensive. I suggest attaching the crystals while it is hanging. For me, I found it easier than having it on my lap, a chair, or a table while attaching them. I think it is very pretty and makes an elegant statement for under $100 (cheaper than the big name lamp stores). ... show more
