The quality of this bed is great and it was pretty easy to put together overall. The only part I struggled with was getting the foam into the cover. At first it felt like the foam was too big but it’s really just a matter of putting it in a certain way. Once you figure out the angle, it fits correctly even though it feels like you’re pushing it to the limit. Hopefully that makes sense. The bed itself is smooth, soft and comfortable. It came with no weird smell which I really appreciate. My dog is an 8–9 pound Maltese‑Shih Tzu and the medium size is perfect for him. He has plenty of room to stretch out but it still feels cozy. You can tell it’s not one of those cheap beds that flatten out quick it holds its shape well and gives real cushioning. The materials feel durable and high quality, not flimsy. The stitching is solid, and the fabric doesn’t feel like it’ll tear easily. It definitely gives that premium feel compared to cheaper stuffed beds. My dog loved it immediately, It was a huge upgrade from my oversized dog pillow I had before. Great price for what you get. I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 though because it says it's machine washable, but it is not. It was starting to get pretty dirty so I threw it in the washing machine and it hardly cleaned it, in fact it tore up the cloth a little bit. Maybe that was user error and my washing machine is too small (even though I have a pretty big washing machine, it can fit huge loads of laundry), or maybe you have to put it in there a certain way idk, but it didn't clean it after being in there with detergent for an hour (and don't worry I did take the memory foam part out too lol). Will probably have to manually clean it from now on. Still a great dog bed though. ... show more

This bed is nice. I have shown the comparison for another bed I got a wal-mart. This bed is more plushy is waterproof & just better quality all around. The egg Crete is not as thick but this bed also has a memory foam on top of the egg crate. Very nice and cheaper than the other store. Wish I would have gotten 2 of these. But hopefully thos review helps someone from making my mistake. ... show more
