I have ordered a few different memory foam mattresses and they have all been horrible... until this one. This mattress is awesome! It is truly a medium/plush feel and is very comfortable. All the other ones I purchased said plush but they were rock hard with hardly any softness or give to them. This one actually feels a bit softer and doesn't feel like you're just laying on the top of it and not sinking in at all. I like that it came with a zipper case on it also. Overall very pleased and my daughter loves it she said it's the best sleep she had ever had.

*NOT* plush - CANNOT RETURN

I'd been sleeping on my living room floor for a week because my AC wall unit is in the living room and it had gotten too warm this summer to keep sleeping in my bedroom on my old mattress that has desperately been needing replacing, which was also too heavy to move. I ordered the medium plus 8". It was easy to setup, didn't notice any factory smells, and was actually 8" when it expanded. But sleeping on it was barely better than sleeping on the actual floor with layers of blankets. It's very firm. I tried walking and jumping on it to help break it in and it did become *slightly* softer to press down on, but sleep didn't change at all. I'm a side sleeper and only weigh 120lbs, and though this was a little better than temporarily sleeping on the floor to be closer to my AC wall unit it did nothing for my sleep. I woke up so often to readjust and turn over, always woke up feeling stiff. My shoulders and hips didn't sink in at all, so it felt alot like sleeping on the floor itself. I've contacted Amazon customer service MULTIPLE times and let them know there's no way I can get it back in its box. They told me I could have it picked up as long as I was able to cover it with bubble wrap, which I don't have, but told them I still had the original plastic wrap, so as long as I was able to wrap it back up and put the provided label on it they could come pick it up. An adult had to be present when they pickup, so I took the whole day off work to wait. FedEx came, picked it up & brought it back the very next day saying its too big & requires a freight label. I dealt with Amazon customer service for 2 more hours getting passed around to different associates who couldn't help me. Finally asked for a supervisor, they set me up with a UPS pickup and heavily reassured me that the size wouldn't be a problem. But after they didnt pick it up, I called UPS and asked if they'd accept it if I managed to bring it in as a dropoff and they told me that they can't accept it because of its size. DO NOT BUY THIS MATTRESS unless you are willing to live with it when you find out its NOT actually plush and is literally impossible to return it despite having a 90 day money-back refund policy.. unless you are able to package it back up in its 1/5 size of a box. I slept on it for 2 months, it never "broke in" or became soft. If you're a side sleeper and don't weigh much, its going to feel much like sleeping on the hard floor. Highly do not recommend. It is NOT plush as advertised and it cant be returned unless you can box a full sized mattress within carrier package size restrictions.

I was amazed at how nice this mattress is! The only reason I didn't give it a 5th star is because I don't really see anything plush about it. But... it is a very comfortable, well made mattress and I sleep so good on it! After two months on an air mattress, this was a game changer! It fit my Queen size platform bed frame perfectly. I would definitely recommend this brand. The mattress didn't take long to fully expand at all. There is a lingering smell but it isn't strong and I know it'll go away.
