Im gonna give this 5 stars for now. Its still cold at night where I'm from so the pillow stays cold all night. I never have to flip it. Will it perform well in the warmer months? I hope so. Ive been using a different brand of pillow since I was 19 or so. 11 years. Im not proud of it but my favorite pillow was 11 years old. It was starting to get super gross. But I didn't sleep well on any other pillows i tried. That company still makes pillows, so i bought a new one but i hated it compared to their older ones. So took a leap of faith on these and bought 2. So glad I did. The pillow isnt too thick, its very supportive, great for side and back sleepers. And from my experience so far, and the most important thing, it stays cold. Its the perfect amount of firmness. I like this pillow. It’s not too firm and not too soft, just right. Its has , on one side, some type of cooling jelly that will keep you cool for a while (until your body heat make the gel warm). Great for a side sleeper. I did not have shoulder or neck pain or numbness in the arm. So far so good.

It’s comfy! The cooling is very nice and the foam used has no odor. It was a little stiff for me but I usually enjoy softer pillows. I would say it’s on the soft side for memory foam pillows. Fits standard pillow cases just fine. I would say it’s a steal for what I paid for.

Is it memory foam? Yes. Is it comfortable? After getting used to it (as any new pillow). Does it stay cool? No. At least mine doesn’t. Will I return it? No, too much of a hassle. But I wouldn’t buy it again. And definitely wouldn’t pay that much for a pillow that doesn’t cool.
