I ordered these bands to add to my collection of resistance products for in home workouts. I’ve used other bands in the past ( flimsy elastic variety ) and they didn’t hold up well. When these arrived, I was surprised to see that a small plastic pouch was included for storing and a small netted bag with a drawstring. That’s a nice touch in case I’m traveling. It keeps everything in one place and easily accessible. They feel very durable, yet flexible. Each band is clearly marked for different resistance levels which is great for identifying which one I plan to use without having to try each one first. Also included was a small pamphlet with a few basic instructions for how to use the bands for maximum performance. Each band felt really snug, great resistance. At first I thought, “this is going to be tough, these bands are strong.” But after a few uses, a break-in period, they did stretch slightly. They ended up being just right for my level of strength and they’re quite comfortable on my skin or clothing. No more hair pulls or blood being cutoff from those rubber bands I used to have. I believe these bands will last. They’re sewn well and the fabric is thick. They remind me of an Ace bandage as far as how they feel, but heavily upgraded for resistance. As with anything, time will tell how long they last and each consumer will have a different strength level. I suppose they could be stretched beyond functioning resistance but I do not feel like that will be the end result it my case. They’re just right for me personally and I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend.

This review is for the set of three exercise resistance bands, not the “30 Eggs Incubator” that seems to have replaced it in this listing. These appear to be some good quality resistance bands. There are three levels of resistance, plus a little net bag to store them in. Physically, these bands are made of a thick, stretchy cloth that is also soft enough to avoid irritating the skin. They seem well made, and I spotted no manufacturing defects anywhere. The edges are done very well, and should last for quite a while before showing any real wear. The outside of each is a solid color, and the resistance level is clearly marked on an easily-spotted black patch. The inside features two rows of a rubbery material, which I assume is to help keep the resistance bands in place during use. In use, these are initially quite stiff, but they loosen up a little soon enough to provide a more reasonable level of resistance. After that initial break-in period, they seem to have stabilized and haven’t shown any noticeable change as far as I can tell. Overall, I’m happy with these. They are actually quite a bit better than I expected. The price is good, too. Five stars.

These resistance bands are a great addition to my workout equipment. The material feels well made, and unlike some bands I've used, they're soft and comfortable against the skin during exercises. I like that the set includes three bands with different resistance levels, along with a sample exercise guide to help get you started. Another nice bonus is the included mesh storage bag, which makes it easy to keep everything organized and take the bands with you when traveling or heading to the gym.

I had a most recent need for working out my hip muscles and these resistance bands are just the ticket. Prior to ordering these exercise bands, I was just using the large rubber band strips that you receive from physical therapy offices. You have to set the length and try to tie them at just the right point to where they will work. These resistance bands don't require any of that. Just slip them over your legs and just above your knees and you're good to go. I like how three levels of resistance are provided. I started out with the lite resistance and it was just enough. I like the fabric covering that provides a classy look and feel. Not real fond of the colors but they will do. Each band it marked with the appropriated resistance level for that particular band. The bands slip on easily and stay in place. They are made well with no stray strings and very good stitching. I also like the little mesh bag with a draw string provided to keep all the bands together in one place. These are a GREAT value for the price.

These resistance bands are an excellent addition to my home gym! The set comes with three different resistance levels—light, medium, and heavy—making them perfect for everything from warm-ups and rehabilitation exercises to more challenging strength training. One of my favorite features is that they’re made of fabric instead of rubber. They don’t roll up, pinch, or pull at my skin during workouts, which makes them much more comfortable to use. They stay in place well, even during squats, glute bridges, lateral walks, and other lower-body exercises. The resistance feels consistent across all three bands, and they’re well made with sturdy stitching that gives me confidence they’ll hold up over time. These are so good for your fitness arsenal. I love these. As a Physical Fitness Trainer, even if you don't have a true fitness journey, I recommend these to keep on hand. They are durable, the color is not so wild that you feel excessive when using in normal public spaces, and they travel very discrete. They stay in place well and offer resistance for a multitude of exercises. Keeping them clean is a breeze, you simply throw them in the wash on a gentle cycle and hang dry or tumble dry on gentle as well. It's a well made accessory for a really good price. They even come with their own travel bag.

I’ve been using resistance bands for years, the ones I received from my physical therapy sessions. What I hate most about those circular yellow bands is they always bunch/roll up and hurt. They roll easily and don’t stay flat during my exercises, plus they slip off my feet depending on the exercise I’m doing. When looking at these fabric bands, I was hoping they would not do the same. These fabric bands are an absolute game changer. The material is thick, sturdy, and incredibly smooth against my skin. They are wide, so it spreads the grip compared to the other bands I was using from physical therapy. They don’t roll or slide around, regardless of the exercise I’m doing. I do which each band were different colors than the existing shades of purple to denote the strength of each band e.g. red, green blue for example. But, that does not take away from the band performance. The storage bag is nice as well and keeps them all together. I’ve only used them a few times now, but it’s a huge improvement to my workouts and I highly recommend them.

Yay to this set! Only $12 and the quality is wonderful. Light, medium, and heavy strength. The bands are wide, the sticky lines on the inner side are good size and work well to prevent sliding. The fabric is SMOOTH, yet thick and sturdy! The patch that shows strength level is not scratchy on the inside! Why I list all those details? Because I recently got a set of 4 fabric bands for $18 that were such a poor quality! Even if made of fabric, the fabric was harsh, felt like hard plastic, the inner sticky lines were skinny, the strength level patch sewn inside was super scratchy! This set is basically identical to another set I bought in March 4th, and I’ve been using that set at least 3 times/week —outdoors— and they still look and perform like new! This set is basically identical to that old one, so this should last long. And only $12! My only “but” is they smell funky, but it’s washable. Oh and the colors could have been a little more different than just light/medium/dark purple (pink, green instead would be easier to grab quickly). But not a biggie.
