I wish I could give 0 stars Everything about this product is complete trash 1 - The instructions are awful but not a big deal if you've used incubators before. 2. - The water reservoir is a horrible design, you will make a mess when you add your bottle so have towels ready and recommend you put it on a towel because our leaks. 3. This was placed in my home office so no like outside barn or anything. The temperature when set at 100.4 stayed within 0.2 for 3 days, then jumped to 105.7 then fell to 94. So expect the thermostat to last about 3-4 days 4. In order to get the humidity above 50% I had to set it 100%. It ran 60% RH when set at 100 for 3 days then it jumped to 85%. We replumbed everything and tried again. Same result Bottom Line - directions are awful, thermostat is worthless, lasted 3 days, humidity control was never close Customer Service is entirely unresponsive. We've reached out multiple times. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT if you actually want to hatch an egg. This is the single biggest lemon I've purchased in years.

If you're new to hatching eggs, I highly recommend this egg incubator. The setup is straightforward, and it works wonders for both chicken eggs and quail incubator. I used it to hatch my first batch of quail eggs, and the process was easy to follow. The incubator has reliable temperature regulation, and the automatic egg turning feature is a huge plus. I'm not happy with this. I've already returned one once because it wouldn't turn back on after being unplugged once to see if it worked and put it back up until I needed it. So I'm on my second one. The lack of instructions is horrible! I have quail hatching. one of them has already drowned in the humidity pool. I had to take the rotator tray out because as far as I can tell you can't make it stop rotating. I do have some quail hatching, about 5 days late but they are hatching. I'm not happy with it at all. I thought it would be nice because it's small and has the water bottle to control humidity but it's not. It's killing my baby birds already. Plus it gets unplugged extremely easy if you barely move it and whenever that happens you have to reset everything. The one thing I did like is the beeping alert whenever the temps or humidity is off. I replaced my old incubator with this one because it didn't always keep the setting correct and didn't alert me. But honestly I wish I had used it.
