Where to start. I want to start with I really like the simplicity of these units, and they work. Depending on the type of egg you are incubating, you set the temperature and day count, and you let it do its job. During lock down, mist the eggs twice a day to soften shells and your golden. The water bottles are nice; I fill them twice per incubation period. I set mine up so I can hatch every week with my Ringneck Pheasants using 4 units. I used the Styrofoam it was shipped with to help maintain temperature. I also don't candle till lock down. Minimizes opening the incubator, but I have heard they are experimenting with cool down periods to mimic the hen each day getting off eggs to get water and food. However, I don't practice that and after discarding unfertile eggs, my hatch rate is at 95% with these incubators. Due to overwhelming my Roo's with hens (my own fault) with unfertile eggs and fertile eggs I get 75% of the 99 Pheasant eggs I put in there weekly. Hopefully if I reduce the ratio of Roo and hen my numbers will go up. I also like that the trays that hold the egg for turning are adjustable for larger and small eggs. I can only use these for several months with Pheasants so being able to do that will make it more useful for other species without buying other trays. Great bang for my buck. I also monitored the incubators with Wi-Fi thermo-hydro meters. They are consistent. When in lockdown as you start seeing them pip, stop opening the unit and stop spraying the eggs. The humidity will elevate as they start hatching. and let them puff up and dry. If you try to take the birds out while others are piping, you may shrink wrap them in their own egg. I leave them in there at least 24 hrs. I really like these incubators and they work well. I have nothing negative to say about them. Assembly is very easy; the extras they give you is a bonus! I probably won't use the extra stuff, but it is a nice touch. Noise level is tolerable. A little consistent hum is all. So far, the build quality is nice, they seem solid. When I reset the unit, pressing the plus and negative at the same time you're ready to go after you reset the proper days of incubation. Overall, I give it a thumbs up for my small operation. Pretty sure I bought this incubator from another seller, but I have nothing but good things to say about this incubator. I have ran it overtime. I have probably hatched over at least 1500 chicks. In this incubator. Humidity is accurate. Temperature is only off by 1.0 Fahrenheit so if you set the incubator for 99.5 it will run at about 100.5 But other than that, it’s the best incubator I’ve ever had. I would honestly grade this as commercial grade. And for all the reviews complaining about the noise. If you can’t handle the noise of the incubator you sure can’t handle the noise of the chicks or the hens clucking or the roosters crowing. don’t get animals if you can’t handle the noise. And for the people wondering how loud it is it’s just honestly a slight hum.

I like this incubator. It holds temp and humidity great! It's so nice not to have to manually put water in it several times a day like other incubators. 2 things that I would change: 1) the lid is awkward to lift up when candling the eggs and when you have over 20 eggs to candle, and are trying to keep the humidity and temp up... fighting that lid is a pain. 2) when it's time to pull the chicks out of the incubator, you have to leave the lid on so that the chicks don't fall out. There is very little lip around the incubator that even fresh hatched chicks at two days old can jump over.

This incubator holds humidity and temperature so so so good! I had a fantastic hatch rate. The only downfall is the bottle to auto add water doesn’t work but who cares. Just buy it! It is a little louder than my other incubator but nothing wild and it is very durable. You can’t beat this incubator for the price and it’s so simple! It’s definity worth the money!

This is a terrible product. The machine’s digital panel stopped working in the middle of the incubation process. It appears that the water pump may have been pushing moisture into the panel, which suggests a possible factory defect. Additionally, the light was turning on and off on its own, which raises further concerns about the unit’s reliability and electrical components. To make matters worse, if you try to return the item, you are required to pay for return shipping. In other words, you end up losing money no matter what. That is unacceptable. Amazon needs to do a better job ensuring that sellers clearly disclose these policies so customers can make informed decisions. I do not recommend this product.

Basically the "auto humidity" is garbage in my opinion ... cannot get the tube to fill and it dose not draw water ... the idea is sound but the execution is a failure... So if you use this look out you HAVE to monitor the humidity yourself and keep on it or you will lose 65 eggs like i did ... it dose hold the temps and the turner works pretty well which is why it got the 3 stars it did

Amazing little incubator!! I had better hatch rates in this incubator than I did in my brinsea. My only complaint is that you can't change the humidity needed on the screen and it screams at you if you don't feed it water.
