I bought these bags hoping they were big enough to cover some patio furniture for winter. WOW! I am very impressed. I was able to fit two Adirondack chairs, an Adirondack double seated rocker, a large end table, and several other items into these bags (one item per bag)! They’re big enough that each item fit down inside so the legs don’t get wet and then for extra coverage I put another bag over top to keep the weather out. A bit pricey ( what isn't) but if you're looking for plastic bags that are big and pretty sturdy then you'll like these. The box they came in is weak but I take them out anyway.

Our municipality requires residents to have receptacles for household garbage, recyclables, and for yard debris. It seemed to be a constant battle to keep these clean and odor free. We would power spray and disinfect each can routinely especially during summer months…that is, until I found these oversized plastic garbage/trash bags. They fit our cans perfectly. They do not leak. Our cans stay clean and odor free and remain virtually maintenance free. We pull the plastic bags up and fold them down on top of the trash to be picked up before wheeling them to the curb. We don’t tie or secure the bags. This is just to ensure the bag with its parcel goes straight into the truck as it is lifted into the air and dumped. The municipality I live in got stricter with their trash rules. Every now and then I would fill my can overflowing with pineapple palm tree fronds and they'd always pick it up. No more. All trash must be bagged and the lid must close. I had to flippin industrial saran wrap the fronds, chop them in half with a chainsaw, wrap them again so they looked bagged and then it took two pickups to get em gone. These big bags are strong enough to take some abuse. I don't care if they get holes or minor tears, they just need to make the trash look bagged. Any time I want to do a bigger yard clean up I can now drop one of these bags in and zip tie it closed when it's full. ... show more
