  • Easy use
First time using an incubator it was easy to set up and all three of my ducks came out health and are thriving. It was easy to clean as well

  • Super satisfied
Incredibly easy to use. I love this thing. It’s so efficient I’ve practically forgotten about the eggs. The other incubators I tried were so temperamental I babysat them. Not this one! Highly recommend.

  • THESE ARE AMAZING!!!
I am baffled there is a single bad review of these incubators. I absolutely LOVE the Sailnovo brand. I am a Micro hatchery so I am constantly running incubators. I have 3 Sailnovo incubators now and all work exceptionally well. I have excellent hatch rates and don’t have to do anything besides fill the water bottle (I switched it out for a bigger mason jar with a lid so I rarely have to fill it). I love how big these incubators are also (the 56 and the 70 egg) I can have one group of eggs hatching on one side and still keep the rotators going on the other side turning a different batch of eggs while one batch hatches. One of the incubators had quit pumping water into the incubator, I contacted customer service and had a brand new incubator within 2 days. They have a customer for life! ... show more

  • Poor customer service!
Very disappointed in this. Tried to return it and the seller said they would be "happy" to have me return it but asked why I wanted to return it. I told them because it is impossible to regulate the humidity (wants to stay between 60 and 70 which is way too high for the 1st 18 days. So, I try removing the "auto" watering tube and still no mater where I set it, it is never in the "sweet" spot. Either too moist or too dry which causes that horrible alarm beeping excessively. As you can see in the video, the turner will turn them partially over but then rolls them back into the same place that they were in. The company then wanted me to make of video everything I complained about and send the video back to them. What the H*ll!! It was as if they want me to beg them to take it back. I have 3 incubators running right now in my bedroom. Two of them are holding the perfect humidity and turning them properly but this one I do not have much hope for these little chicks hatching. Buyer be ware. ... show more

  • this incubator works really good this incubator works really good
Tried the incubator after reading some of the reviews, not expecting too much. I loaded 60 chicken eggs, set the temperature to 100.3, used the bottle only for humidification, left all ports open (A, B, and C) left the turning set to every 2 hours. Throughout the first 18 days the humidity kept at 54-55% degrees at all times, but I was careful to keep the bottle filled above half at all times. After day 18 the turner stopped, and I removed it from the incubator. At this time, I started adding warm water through ports A, B, and C, and partially closing them so the humidity would be over 70% at all times and also opened the vents on top all the way. On the evening of day 20 the chicks started hatching and they continued hatching until day 22. A total of 48 chicks hatched and they are all healthy. ... show more

  • Love it
This has by far been my favorite incubator yet. Only thing I wish I had know was about the sponge in the lid. U have to take the screws out to truly get it cleaned.

  • Not ideal for Dry Hatching
First off, if you dry hatch, this thing beeps constantly to warn that the humidity is too low!!!! My hatch date was the 27th and some were still hatching this morning (the 30th). The lid popped off twice ( I don't know how long it was like that) due to the egg turner. So I used ratchet strap to keep it in place. I expected a delay due to that happening. I had 62 eggs and 30 did not hatch. I have 3 late ones that seem like they have deformities. I checked all the other eggs before chucking and I had movement. I opened it up and it is struggling and probably won't make it. I did a 100% dry hatch. Second thermometer read 99 at 38% humidity at lockdown. As they hatched it went up to 65% I dealt with the peeping through incubating, as it's in my basement and not in a main room. Definitely an interesting hatch 🐣 ... show more
