Bought 2 incubatoes...humidity feature does not work on either piece. No time to return them as I had eggs that needed to go in them. Very disappointed. Could do better than this.

Doesn’t hold humidity or temp very stable. Not really a good incubator in my opinion

When this arrived I began testing it and found the egg rotation feature did not work. It wouldn't work automatically or by the rotation test button. I contacted the seller and received a prompt response. After a half dozen or so exchanges I got impatient and decided to open up the unit. Inside I found the connector for the rotation motor was disconnected. I plugged it in and all is well. From everything else I see this seems to be a quality unit. I'll deduct 2 stars for the manufacturing oversight with the connector. I'll add 1 point for the responsiveness of the seller, who assured me repeatedly that they would find a solution to the problem. At this point I have tested all functions to my satisfaction and am ready to hatch eggs when spring comes. If you are a person who automatically throws out packaging, don't do it with this. The incubator is easily reboxed for storage and the Styrofoam provides good protection. I wish more products came in packaging that was practical for storage by the end user.
