The build quality is pretty good for the price. It feels sturdy and well made. Although it's made of plastic, it does not have plastic smell to it all. I love it as it's elevated off the ground which can help to keep it dry. It was super easy to assemble as my 12 years old son was able to assemble in about 20 mins by himself without any help.
