Great chair and great customer service! The only thing I would have liked to be different would be adjustable arms. The arms were too tall to fit under my desk. The company offered a shorter base piece and better wheels. FedEx lost that package and they were quick to resend it! They forgot the wheels in that one but it really wasn’t a big deal. I never swapped the bases because I had already sat in this chair which makes it harder to take back apart and I didn’t have help. I decided taking the arms off was the easier solution and now I can adjust the height at my desk as much as I want! I am so much more comfortable in this chair than the “TikTok criss cross chair” and with the addition of the leg rest, I can easily criss cross and sit in as many ways as my ADHD heart desires. Lumbar and back support along with the pillow if you need a little extra. Got a ton of compliments on the chair. The original wheels don’t like to move as easily/seamlessly but that’s not a huge concern. Overall would recommend this chair to anyone asking!

This is by far the best office chair that I have ever owned. The first white "leather" chair that I had peeled and looked dirty easily. It not only needed replacing quickly, but this one is far more comfortable with greater quality. I keep my feet on the former slanted board, so I rarely pull out the built-in footrest. I consistently use the little pillow that accompanied the chair behind me for my lower back. Though I'm short and weigh just over 100 pounds, I still enjoy the high back and chair's shape. It also rolls easily on my plastic mat or on the wood floor. In spite of spending hours at a time here, I never tire of the comfortable style. Therefore, whatever I paid was definitely worth taking a chance on ordering it (without trying it out first, though I had tested quite a few). It would work just as well with someone over twice or up to four times my size, as advertised. So far, I've been very pleased with how great it continues to feel and look, and I'm particular.

I like the size of the chair. The comfort. My cat loves it too. What I HATE is not being to easily recline. Do not expect that with this. It takes a lot of back weight to actually get it to recline. Only options to put up and down and I think how you want the seat. Requires two people to put together though! The wheels aren’t the best, I wish they would lock. My floor are uneven so u less you have a thick rug you will move. The legs rest is sufficient.

I love the style and quality of the chair! It’s a great value for the money. The back doesn’t provide the best lumbar support but it’s not the worst I have experienced. I’ve had the chair for about 8 months now so I feel I can leave a proper review. When I first sat in the chair it was like heaven. The cushion was ridiculously comfortable and it felt like I was sitting on a cloud. However, after about 6 months of sitting the chair, the cushion has seem to be worn out a bit and it sinks all the way to the bottom making it feel like I’m sitting on a metal plate. I am still somewhat getting the protection but the seat still feels very hard and I’ve been getting some back pain from sitting in the chair for long hours. I don’t hate this chair and it holds me up and is very high quality, I just wish the cushion wasn’t so hard
