Super soft and oh so comfortable. This pillow is perfect for the hot sleeper, it feels cool to the touch and gives great support. I have 3 compromised disks in my neck and often wake up to neck and shoulder pain, this pillow offers just the right amount of support to help me stay asleep and wake up in less pain than standard pillows. Since I am a side sleeper it’s hard to find a pillow comfortable enough to help me stay asleep but this does the trick, it has all the right angles to help you get comfortable and stay comfortable. I highly recommend if you have neck and shoulder pain or just looking for a better nights rest you try this one out. 4 stars all the way.

I think this pillow was worth buying. I have been through dozens of pillows over the years. There is only one other that I would rank above this cervical pillow. It is $25-30 more expensive in price. This pillow has a beautiful, high quality cover that removes easily for washing. The memoey foam is high quality. I was not bothered by odors or foam off-gassing. My neck and shoulder pain, and headaches, really did disappear or lessen. I sleep on my back and side. I am very happy with this pillow's quality and the results it gives for sleeping well. I recommend it.

First Impressions. Out of the box, there is NO chemical smell. I'm sensitive to odors and can get headaches quickly with chemical or industrial scents. However, this pillow actually smells odorless and pleasant. This is really important to me and a huge plus! The shape is unique but very functional. I sleep alternating on both my back and sides. This pillow has been comfortable throughout. There is a cozy little pocket in the center that keeps my head cool. The cover material is soft and velvety. I removed the cover recently to wash it and was surprised to see there is another cover underneath. The neck arch feels a bit high initially, but the memory foam material adjusts to provide comfort and support. I'm pleased with this purchase. It's unique design, functionality and comfort. 5 Stars from me!

This pillow effectively alleviated my neck discomfort and stiffness. It properly aligned my head, which was the underlying issue. I can now sleep comfortably on either side or back. After sleeping on it for a few nights, this is the closest I’ve gotten to my “Goldilocks” pillow.... I usually sleep on my side or back and often deal with neck and upper back tension from working at a desk, stress, and not-so-great posture. My neck is fairly long and my shoulders are a bit broad for a woman, and tend to like thinner, soft-to-medium pillows. I’ve tried a few ergonomic pillows before, but they actually made my tension worse. PROS: * Better sleep quality: the contours holds my neck/shoulders in a better position, so I wake up less stiff and I’m not tossing and turning as much while I’m trying to fall asleep * Good amount of support & seems to hold its shape without feeling like a rock (unlike many other memory foam/ergonomic pillows I’ve tried) * Stays cool & doesn’t trap heat * No noticeable odor upon opening * No issues with my arms or hands going numb (an occasional problem with previous pillows) * Pillow cover is soft, removable, and machine‑washable CONS (Not Deal Breakers) * May take a few nights to adjust to the contoured shape * The shape makes standard pillowcases fit a bit awkwardly/loose
