Best sleep in a while! The commercials are correct, if you're not getting the sleep you want, check out your pillow. Yes, I splurged on a pillow! But the thing is, you want to splurge when it comes to sleep. Don't get a cheap pillow where you will be tossing and turning at night and wake up restless. Also, for me, I no longer wake up with neck or shoulder pain. I like how the pillow is very supportive and adjustable. Depending on if you have a short neck or a long neck, you may need to turn the pillow around. The area with grey in the middle is for taller or longer neck people. My husband tried my pillow and he said it was nice, but he wasn't willing to pay more. I sleep on the side where there is full white and I get shoulder and neck support. I sleep both on my back and side. I just have to figure out how I can clean it as it's really bulky in shape that a pillowcase doesn't truly fit on it.

The item is great but didn’t give me the relief that I needed. It was very well made and very comfortable. It did provided neck support, it allows your neck to relax into the pillow. It holds its shape day after day. Overall it is a great product but just didn’t fully work for my neck ailments.

The pillow has never filled out to full capacity even after the 72 hour period. It is too flat for comfort so I am using a 2 inch foam under it. I do like the way it is made which fits my neck while supporting it.

The story goes like this: as the emperor grew older, he realized that his neck and back constantly hurt after sleeping on lumpy pillows throughout the night. After some research, which led to his Tik Tok account being filled with videos about his pillow, the emperor decided to buy one. But instead of just buying one for himself, he insisted that the entire kingdom buy one for themselves too. When the pillow arrived, he already had doubts. But he was afraid of looking bad in front of his people, so he started sleeping on the pillow. Night after night, he woke up with increasing neck and back pain. The pillow was just terrible. But he stood up straight, and walked proudly through town. As he walked by the houses, the people. whose neck and back also were in the worst shape of their lives, also stood up straight and complimented the emperor on his new pillow. The moral of this story: it's ok to right a bad review about the stupidest pillow ever made. First off, I was totally convinced by all the videos I watched. However, this pillow does not do what the videos say it does. First, people come in different sizes. When I first opened the box, and this little pillow fell out, I knew immediately that this pillow was sized for a child. I bought a queen sized pillow, so I assumed that the misunderstanding was with me. But night after night, I would wake up with knots in my neck and back. After the fifth night, the pain was so bad that I nearly had my wife take me to the ER. The pillow can't support the neck because the distance from the base of the pillow to the top of the pillow is less then the distance from the edge of my shoulder to the base of my neck. How can a pillow support my neck if it doesn't match the measurements of your body? Second, the videos claim that the pillow matches the angle of your spine, so that you won't sleep in strange angles. Put the top of the pillow is essentially parallel with the surface of the bed. If you're like me, your hips are a different width than your shoulders. As such, your spine isn't parallel to the bed when you sleep on your side. but, the pillow doesn't account for this. Third, the pillow is too small to wrap your arms round it. The images you see of people with their arms wrapped comfortably around the pillow have clearly been altered the pillow just isn't big enough for any of that. Long story short, this pillow did nothing to improve my sleep. But it did everything to make my neck and back much worse. I have been awake for eight hours now, and my neck and back still ache. I will not be sleeping on this pillow again.
