It won't charge anymore and the red "defective battery" light is flashing. So I returned the item, but they claim it is working fine and will send me a video of 'my' battery if I send them an image of my email address. But I suspect that they want to do something malicious with it, so I asked them to post the video to Dropbox instead and they refuse. Don't buy from them!! Edit: THEY WON'T EVEN SEND THE BATTERY BACK OR TALK TO ME!! GET A DIFFERENT BATTERY!! ... show more

It was very frustrating getting delivered from FedEx but finally after a week from when it was supposed to be delivered it arrived. It was a Christmas present for my husband. He loves it. It was charged quickly and the phone app was easy to navigate. Hopefully, tomorrow he will be able to see how the solar panel charge it also. ... show more

    • Great minus a few practical issues
Pros Its pretty beefy for most small stuff at 1600 watt hours. App control is nice which can display all information and control charging Has ability to reduce charge rate to prevent tripping breakers Can be charged by solar and car 12v, note that both of those are much slower charging. Almost completely silent and only makes noise when charging The main reason I bought it, can be expanded to 5600 watt hours. That's quite a bit. Likely great for an RV, haven't tested that yet but I hope to soon. Cons Once off grid, application control is out. Went camping and couldn't power it on. Left it on for a day and completely drained the battery with no load Very heavy, unit by its self is about 40 lbs Expensive and expansions are more expensive. Unit plus two expansions is over $5k. Unknowns (to me at least) Not sure if they support increasing the solar panel input to increase the charge. I suspect they might support at least one solar input for each expansion. ... show more
