It was a bit of a learn g curve to figure out the best time and temp for my tumblers. I recommend 375 for 65 seconds rotate 180 and another 65 seconds. Was super easy to set and figure out. The double tumbler makes it so much faster. Once I figured out the best time and temp my ghosting went away. It has perfect pressure and easy to adjust. The only con is it has kind of a strong chemical smell when pressing your cups. Not something I would send it back for hopefully it goes away. Also my 15 oz coffee cups are too wide for this but I have a mug press so I don’t need it for them anyways. ... show more

This has been a great press for the most part. It heats up quickly and evenly and transfers sublimations as expected. I did have an issue with the first heating element that came with the machine. It smoked at the connection point, had a terrible smell, and generally felt unsafe. When it started developing bubbles soon after I got it, I contacted the company for help, and they were VERY nice and helpful. They sent another heating element right away, and this one works great. This press was my first attempt at sublimating. All of my black colors were green and I spent alot of time trying to troubleshoot what was wrong with my procedure. I increased temperature, increased time, increased pressure, tried different paper and tried different tumblers. I finally purchased an infrared heat gun and found out that the actual temperature was about 75F less then my preset temperature. I reached out to Eenour and they told me how to calibrate it. Once calibrated, it worked great and I was getting a true black colors. I am giving this a 1 star review because the press was not properly calibrated at the factory which caused me to spend ALOT of time and effort trying to figure out why I was not getting good results. I have attached a picture of a tumbler that I had made with this prior to me calibrating it. The tumbler is suppose to be camouflage black, but it was coming out camouflage green. ... show more

Update: Their customer service was phenomenal, and my tumbler press is working! I love this tumbler press. It makes great images on the tumblers! It makes great gifts. I recommend this press and company! I bought this product and used it several times, but not a lot. I went to use it today, and it just quit heating up. I am sad because money is tight, and I bought it as a bday/Christmas gift for myself. It didn't last long but long enough that I can't return it. I did love it when it worked. Unfortunately, I read in the reviews that I am not the only one this has happened to. I really hope the company reads this and contacts me to let me know how to fix it. If they do, I will write an update. Update, the company has already contacted me, and said they would send me a new heating attachment. I appreciate their promptness and willingness to try to fix the problem. I will write an update when I receive the part and if it works to fix the machine, and I will post a picture of a tumbler it made. ... show more
