Good product
It's working great. The only downside is that if you start and stop the water flow in a short period of time the water coming out after the restart is quite hot as it sets in the heater and absorbs additional heat when there's no water flow.

Waist of money.
One star to much. I set it up for one sink only, low water flow, correct voltage, water barley warm, you have to slow water to barley coming out to get hot. Straight up, waist of money. I have been a plumber for over 40 years.

Point of use water heater is easy to install
The point of use water heater takes a few seconds to heat up when I'm washing my hands in the garage where we use it. The water heater is great for small spaces. Temperature is adjustable so you can easily set your preferred heating.

All in all Not worth the money Not happy with
It don't heat water as fast as stated, it say it heats 3 GPM. Yea if water temp into it is 80 degrees. I get less then 0.08 GPM cause of intake water temp is below 40 degrees, If I open faucet fully it runs cold. Shower runs cold if open fully, Have to just barley crack the hot water or it don't heat. And my bath room sink is a water saver and it runs cold cause it don't use enough water. I have to crack shower faucet in order to get the water to heat in sink. With paying $257 for the heater plus another $100 for wire and breaker plus plug to hook it up. Very Disappointed in this product. All in all Not worth the money Not happy with product ... show more

it's been great. We used to have to wait 3 minutes ...
Got this for the kitchen sink. Other than having to install a 220V (necessary for the larger model so it can pump enough hot water to the tap), it's been great. We used to have to wait 3 minutes for hot water from our main spot heater for the house, now we wait 15 seconds max. The 220V line isn't cheap to install, so don't forget that cost. ... show more
