I dont know how I missed looking at reviews but tye stars lie! They changed out to a cheaper version since there initial 4 and 5 star rating. Plan to send back ridiculous to even call it a pillow it is to thin and flimsy to be called a pillow.

I had this pillow out of the box for a week and half of it is empty! Complete garbage, horrible quality. Returning this ASAP. Reading the reviews leads me to believe they changed the pillow. I wouldn’t pay $1 for this.

Very soft not for support - works for decorative pillows Beware the packaging mine came with the plastic bag folded and taped in such a way that the pillow was cut while trying to open the repackage. I do not recommend this pillow insert. The cover is not made of fabric. It is a thin, paper type material. A hole tore in it when I was inserting it into the pillow cover with only slight pressure. Low quality. I returned this as a defective item.

This item arrived earlier than expected and is of good quality. It was exactly the size I ordered and needed for my custom pillow case. I was a little taken back by the size of the package received but soon realized it was vacuum sealed to be shipped. Don’t waste your money if you’re looking for a “plump pillow.” This is more like a 10x18. It was very small for both of my 12x20 pillow covers that are different brands from each other. So I’m certain it’s this pillow that’s small...it isn’t that my covers are big.

Loved It while it lasted, was good for like a month lol... first wash and it got destroyed... I put it on the lowest and easiest setting and it didn’t hold anything... I have been trying to fix it but it doesn’t move... I might wash again and see if it fixes itself...
