The Delivery was excellent and on time, and the item was in four boxes when it got here which kind of surprised me and worried me at first both the left and the right arm had to be slid on on metallic runners and even though they were easily put on with two people there was no problem at all. They make it sound like you could do it yourself but truthfully, it takes two people at least to get it put together properly and safely. I don’t mean that you could hurt yourself, but if you don’t get those runners lined up properly with their sharp edges, you could easily slice the material but we did not. We got it together properly and we are extremely satisfied. The massage functions were far better than I imagine. They were strong and worked my back nicely. I had a true massage chair that I paid a lot of money for far more than this chair. It was an excellent piece of equipment however for my spinal condition and pelvis area, it was just far too strong, and I found that hurting more than to help me I want to say that the chair that I bought to replace that massage chair is this one and I am extremely happy. It was the middle drawling between the cheap massage chairs and the heavy massage chairs that have their own massage. Priorities. My daughter took the other chair and they are very happy with it there that was another Amazon purchase, but they are happy with the heavier massages and it’s probably excellent for them since they’re not busy in bad shape as I am so both chairs are a plus plus plus and we’re happy for use.     • Needs better improvement with this faulty recliner

This particular recliner is uncomfortable in the head backrest, leaving a gap in between my neck and head. It has a very good massage and heat features with remote. The problem also resides with the motors or remote for the recliner. My recliner remote button for the chair lift and leg lift does not work and I got stuck on the chair with my legs lifted and very hard to get off the recliner. I checked the connections in the back of the recliner, unplugged the power plug from outlet, disconnected the connectors in the back and reconnected them, waited 5 minutes and plugged back the recliner to my outlet, but the remote button for the chair/leg lift does not light when pressed, but the other button on that remote work and light up too when pressed. The remote might be faulty or the motor drive for the chair/leg lift faulty and this is my 2nd chair I bought from Amazon, the other chair was the Mcombo chair with an additional cup holders, and the motor drive for the chair lift went faulty and got stuck in the lift position. I am now buying my recliner at Raymour & Flanigan, in which I had a better experience with recliners I previously bought from them. Even though they cost a lot more and don't have fancy features like cup holders, heat and massage, they are more ergonomically comfortable and the motor is more reliable to work continuously for years to come with a remote. Assembly was easy, just by following the directions, but having fancy features is secondary to comfort and motor drive and remote control reliability. I am not going to depend on a warranty and then have the same problem happen again. My final score is: 2 out of 5. Needs a lot of improvement without driving costs up if it is going to compete with other known reliable companies. ... show more
