The Delivery was excellent and on time, and the item was in four boxes when it got here which kind of surprised me and worried me at first both the left and the right arm had to be slid on on metallic runners and even though they were easily put on with two people there was no problem at all. They make it sound like you could do it yourself but truthfully, it takes two people at least to get it put together properly and safely. I don’t mean that you could hurt yourself, but if you don’t get those runners lined up properly with their sharp edges, you could easily slice the material but we did not. We got it together properly and we are extremely satisfied. The massage functions were far better than I imagine. They were strong and worked my back nicely. I had a true massage chair that I paid a lot of money for far more than this chair. It was an excellent piece of equipment however for my spinal condition and pelvis area, it was just far too strong, and I found that hurting more than to help me I want to say that the chair that I bought to replace that massage chair is this one and I am extremely happy. It was the middle drawling between the cheap massage chairs and the heavy massage chairs that have their own massage. Priorities. My daughter took the other chair and they are very happy with it there that was another Amazon purchase, but they are happy with the heavier massages and it’s probably excellent for them since they’re not busy in bad shape as I am so both chairs are a plus plus plus and we’re happy for use. We bought this for my 85 year old mother who is no longer strong enough to get up from the couch. It took her weeks to find a completely comfortable sleeping position, being short she had to move to the back of the cushions as the chair was a large size. The chair allows her to recline flat so she can push herself back with her feet into the cushions and sleep in them each night. Being 85 years old, it took her a few days to memorize which buttons had what function, but she finds the chair to be very soft, as well as having heat and massage modes. She has found her comfort spot and it has changed her lifestyle so she can get in and out of bed easier and never wake up sore again. We were in desperate need of a chair but weren't sure which one to get. This chair was highly rated and shipped quickly. It was a great investment and she is happy to be able to move around on her own and be comfortable. This chair is worth it. The leather feels great to the touch.

Before we purchased this chair we looked at reviews. A concern was several said the chair was not as wide as advertised. WRONG I am 6' 1" and weigh 255. Chair fits perfect and is quite comfortable. Assembly was easy and quick and quality is great for the price.

This chair was a high quality chair it went together very easily it was heavy the only thing I didn't like about it was it was not a very wide chair so if you're a man or a large man or large person it's probably going to be uncomfortable but for a regular size person teenager it's a good chair but for a full size man it's not big enough and I kind of thought it was misrepresented because they led me to believe it was a large kind of marshmallow fluffy chair. But it would be good for an elderly person that needed this type of chair cuz it was a very high quality item and it was real leather just the size was all I didn't like about it.

My major issue was delivery by Amazon. Dropped way far from our home by our locked gate. Gate locked because the item was delivered without warning a day before the day we were told. No picture or text to make us aware delivery was early. I accidentally found it going for my mail after dark. Probably would have been stolen if I hadn't accidentally found it. Very heavy to move. We like the chair but hated the delivery. Well below Amazon's usual standards.

This is my chair. The heater works well and massager works surprisingly well. I am 5’10” tall about 165 lbs. It fits me perfectly. If you are tall or a little wider it might be a tight fit. Don’t get me wrong. Great quality chair in this price range.
