We bought this for my 85 year old mother who is no longer strong enough to get up from the couch. The chair allows her to recline flat so she can push herself back with her feet into the cushions and sleep in them each night. Being 85 years old, it took her a few days to memorize which buttons had what function, but she finds the chair to be very soft, as well as having heat and massage modes. She has found her comfort spot and it has changed her lifestyle so she can get in and out of bed easier and never wake up sore again. We were in desperate need of a chair but weren't sure which one to get. This chair was highly rated and shipped quickly. It was a great investment and she is happy to be able to move around on her own and be comfortable. This chair is worth it. The leather feels great to the touch.

Before we purchased this chair we looked at reviews. A concern was several said the chair was not as wide as advertised. WRONG I am 6' 1" and weigh 255. Chair fits perfect and is quite comfortable. Assembly was easy and quick and quality is great for the price.

This chair was a high quality chair it went together very easily it was heavy the only thing I didn't like about it was it was not a very wide chair so if you're a man or a large man or large person it's probably going to be uncomfortable but for a regular size person teenager it's a good chair but for a full size man it's not big enough and I kind of thought it was misrepresented because they led me to believe it was a large kind of marshmallow fluffy chair. But it would be good for an elderly person that needed this type of chair cuz it was a very high quality item and it was real leather just the size was all I didn't like about it.

This is my chair. The heater works well and massager works surprisingly well. I am 5’10” tall about 165 lbs. It fits me perfectly. If you are tall or a little wider it might be a tight fit. Don’t get me wrong. Great quality chair in this price range.

My major issue was delivery by Amazon. Dropped way far from our home by our locked gate. Gate locked because the item was delivered without warning a day before the day we were told. No picture or text to make us aware delivery was early. I accidentally found it going for my mail after dark. Probably would have been stolen if I hadn't accidentally found it. Very heavy to move. We like the chair but hated the delivery. Well below Amazon's usual standards.

The controller failed just after 30 days, and I have not heard back from the seller despite several attempts to contact them. My husband was stuck up in the air when the physical therapist came for a session and we had much trouble getting him out. Now that broken chair has cluttered the living room for over three months. Since the guarantee was for only 30 days, it was "too bad." So I bought an Asurion guarantee. I am supposed to wait until they find a "service center" which they haven't found, and then box up this gigantic chair which came in two oversized boxes, take it to a shipping center and ship it back to them. They will fix it and send it back. I am 77 and weigh 100+ lbs. How the hell am I supposed to do that? Both the seller and Asurion are worthless. Worst purchase and customer service in many years.
