If you're looking for the perfect ebike to take off road and onto the trails--this bike is it. I bought two of them to go ride with a buddy. Right out of the box the bike was impressive. It's a beautifully designed and built Dual Motor AWD bike with great off-road handling and more power than I'll probably ever need -- all at a great price. I just fished a 40 mile ride and was very pleased with the performance. With the dual 750 Watt motors this bike easily took me through deep sand, up steep climbs, down washboard roads, and between big woops--all without a single problem. It let me cruise through any off-road condition that I throw at it. The dual motors make a huge difference. This bike has so much power it flies up the hills. The power to climb is really impressive. I was also very pleased that despite the very rugged terrain, everything felt rock solid. The suspension was excellent, the motors were whisper quiet and the brakes were crisp and spot on. Not rattled or made noises. Everything was totally solid throughout the ride, even on the roughest parts of the washboard trail. Changing PAS modes and engaging the second motor was super smooth also --with just a push of a button -- even at speed and on the fly on dirt trails. The build of the bike is like a beast and and it feels like it can handle most true mountain biking and off-road conditions. At close to 90 lb, this is not the bike for black diamond single tracks, but for forest roads, desert trails, Bikepacking and touring its absolutely perfect. Although the bike is really well suited for off-road riding, I was actually equally impressed with the performance on the pavement. I took it out for a 35 mile ride on a paved bike path and was vey happy with the ride. With the wide padded seat and 4" fat tires, riding on the pavement or on the tame paths and trails the bike just cruised along in total comfort. From someone who has always ridden traditional mountain and gravel bikes, riding this ebike is so much fun, I was laughing and smiling the whole time. On top of all that customer service is a 10 out of 10. Long before the bike arrived, they contacted me right after purchase and emailed two PDF user manuals that were full of excellent photos and illustrations. This made assembling and getting to know the bike snap. Shipping was fast and the packaging was excellent. Everything arrived in perfect condition from the factory. The fact that they included every tool that was needed for assembly -- for anyone who doesn't have them-- was a nice bonus. I wasn't sure what to expect from a bike in this price range and I thought long and hard before making the purchase on this one. The good news is I'm very glad I did. I couldn't be happier with this purchase and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a rock solid e-bike that has everything you need and an excellent battery range that is true to specs. Very nice bike. A lot of power and very smooth. Brakes are great! The manual that came with the bike was not for the bike that was shipped. Not ever owning an EBike, I did not understand there was a switch that turns everything on. This switch was rolled around the handle bars, I guess to keep it from being pushed accidently. Lucky that I called my brother that had an EBike and he told me about the switch marked with a "M". Things were much brighter after that. Have about 60 miles on the bike and it has been wonderful. Over 200 miles and still running strong. Battery takes about 4 hours to charge after approximately 30 miles. After approximately 10 miles the seat becomes a little uncomfortable. Brakes are still very strong. I used a USB extension to plug the rear light in to the USB phone holder. Now it stays on all the time I'm ridding. The MPH and Mileage was not correct. Used P06 (Tire Size) setting to correct the MPH and Mileage. It says not to change this setting, but it was way off. Said the bike was going faster than it really was by several MPH. I have 550 miles on the bike. Haven't had any problems so far. Added a brake light and added it to the Phone USB along with the light under the seat. So far a great bike. Have over 700 miles and still going strong. Haven't tested max speed yet. Will check max speed soon. It has been very windy lately. I don't believe it will go over 30 mph with a fully charged battery. The mileage rowed over ****1001**** miles today. I have not had any problems with this bike. I added a brake lite that flashes when you slow down. Added a rear view mirror that goes into the end of the haddle bar. I get 30 miles on a charge. This bike has help me get out and get some fresh air and some exercise. I'm 77 years old and do a little over 10 miles six days a week, weather permitting. I can't walk very far but I can ride this bike and lower my insulin use. Great investment! I changed the rating from 4 stars to 5 stars. ... show more

I just put together the bike, minimal building. Solid bike, decent cable management, came almost charged and did take long to finish. I had a hard time getting it started because of no manual. I was able to get a operator manual through the company same day. I rode the bike around and didn’t think the front motor was working, found a loose plug in the water resistant box. This bike has good power, I am a pretty big guy and this bike is big and takes off like a rocket. There is plenty of adjustment to get it where you want it. Overall this bike looks the way I want it and performs the way I expected. Good job. I love it. The only reason it didn’t get the 5 is the missing manual. The loose plug could have happened in shipping. ... show more

This bike is quiet, fast and strong! Im fairly certain it goes much faster than 35 since I can get it to 35 on level 4. Havent worked up the courage to even ride it on level 5. While I did test it with both motors on, I havent had the need to use both motors in my regular riding. This bish has some serious power! ... show more

I did a considerable amount of shopping before settling on this bike, and I feel like it paid off. I am over 6’ tall and weigh 267 lbs, so I wanted a dual motor bike that could take me up hills. This bike does that effortlessly. Honestly, after my first ride, I thought, “I can’t believe someone can make a bike of this quality and power at such a low price”. I bought a single motor bike for my wife because she’s small and doesn’t have the same need for speed I have, but the difference is staggering. That second motor can increase your speed by 7 - 10 mph. If I were to buy another Ebike, I wouldn’t think twice about snagging another of these.
