You want boom, you want thump or just good ole solid bass you can feel in your chest? No worries it has it all. A solid built cabinet that looks great and sounds great. I really like the gain and base controls, it allows for a more precise sound. I can not believe how deep it goes without distortion. It is my 3rd Edifer product and I am sure there will be more.

This is a must if you purchase any edifier shelf speakers. Even when the speakers have nice range of bass and treble, the subwoofer adds an important element of depth for lower frequencies. I love music in all of its formats, and this is a great entry level sub that has decent sound quality. The volume is quite loud but I rarely use it what I think may be 50% of its capacity. So, I haven't heard any distortion at all. Great value for the money spent. Finally, one thing I love about it is its size. It fits well in a small space while still delivering a nice punch.

0-180 flip volume and cut off. This fits great in small areas. It connects to my klipsche RM40s no problem and it works astonishingly well at filling a small office or room.

I added this sub to my Edifier QR65 speakers for more impactful delivery of movie soundtracks. It delivers extremely well. It's a bit large, but is also slim, which allows placement inches behind the PC monitor firing directly at it. I couldn't be more pleased with the purchase!

It does not work with JBL MA510 audio receiver. The subwoofer is so quiet that it can be barely heard. Even with all knobs to max. Max on JBL +10dB, Max on woofer knob. I even installed headphones amplifier in between the audio receiver and subwoofer and you can barely hear the sound from it. Ridiculous. There should be a signal input in it taking low level subwoofer signal instead of the speaker signal. It is stupid design not suitable for home theater. Completely useless.

Packs a good punch for its size. Wanted more bass on an older Sony receiver/amp that I use in my garage workshop & this fit the bill perfectly. Wuz able to tuck it on shelf behind the amp so totally happy with it. My amp only has a single woofer out and this has left/right input. When I used L&R line out it boomed to much with no volume regulation. When I used Woofer output I put in R or L input but not sure if it's the same effect.
