Missing screw
Color: Grey Size: Queen Style: Bed Only
Bed exactly as described & pictured. Arrived day late. Although screws & tools shrink-wrapped, somehow still had missing screw. Just reached out to customer service & will update. Nothing dented: in fact everything well packaged (note: some letters are put directly on piece & can’t be seen with wrapping). Very easy to put together. ... show more

Decently good bed frame
Color: Black Size: Queen Style: Bed Only
Review Image by Woodland Shire Woodland Shire
I needed a bed frame for a queen-size mattress to be used as a guest bed. Since it would only be used occasionally, I did not want to spend a good bit of money on it. I also did not want to fool with a box spring ever again, so ordered this platform bed frame. It shipped quickly, arrived in good condition, and my husband put it together without problem. It looks good. However, it does feel a tiny bit rickety?? Not like it won't hold up, but that it is not super heavy/sturdy. It makes a clicky sound when you get on or off of it. We will try to tighten it up some more. One corner seems to be the culprit... I feel I have gotten what I paid for, in that this was pretty inexpensive, but I will probably upgrade to a sturdier bed frame eventually. ... show more

Great starter bed frame
Color: Black Size: King Style: Bed Only
Review Image by Robyn Moehrle Robyn Moehrle
Love this bed frame, very easy to put together with two people. Was way too high to do box spring and mattress so our mattress sits comfortably on the wood planks. Despite other reviews after a month of use there is no squeaking or any sounds from the metal. Two things I will warn, it is VERY heavy luckily for us the Amazon delivery person was kind enough to carry up to our second story apartment. Secondly this frame will mess up your shins and toes if you aren’t careful and stub easily. Overall great starter bed frame if you’re looking for something simple and ascetically pleasing! ... show more

Most pieces arrived damaged or don’t fit properly

I took a chance with this bed frame and I can’t decide if I regret it or not. Most pieces were delivered with dents in them. The metal is extremely thin, so I imagine any small bump the shipping box took left a dent on the bed frame. Other “budget” bed frames I’ve purchased have had more beat up boxes and were in better condition, so I believe it is because of the low quality metal used. The overall look is great and exactly what I wanted. From a distance it looks like a great bed. Once you look closer, however, you notice the details. The most dented pieces were the headboard, the most visible part. The head board is also the part where the pieces fit together the worst. There are noticeable 1/4 inch gaps present between the vertical metal pieces on the headboard and some of the horizontal pieces. I have built a lot of bed frames and furniture and have never had this many issues getting items to fit together properly. I finally gave up and said “Hopefully it’s not that noticeable” (spoiler alert: it is that noticeable). I later decided to measure the pieces and, sure enough, the two that had the 1/4 inch gap were 1/4 inch shorter. They all have the same “C” sticker on them, so it’s clearly a quality control issue. I want to love this bed frame because it wasn’t bad for the price I paid, but I keep finding myself wishing I had paid slightly more for a higher quality item. ... show more

We got this for our spare bedroom. It’s great and just what we needed. It does have a little squeak but we fixed it with some grease.
