Sizing chart is WAY off. I ordered an xl and an xxl based on my measurements according to the size chart, and the coats were enormous. Reordered in a large, the price dropped, and EB’s customer service is a joke. Now I have 6 coats sitting on my credit card, and EB’s CS reviews on trust pilot are a nightmare, so who knows when I’ll be refunded. This coat looks fabulous and keeps me SO WARM. We get frigid winters and enjoy ice fishing but I can't stand being cold- not a problem with this parka! Easy to enjoy our lovely winter wonderland when I'm not sivering like everyone else (:

The coat is what I expected but the smell was nauseating. Whoever packaged this coat has strong synthetic air fresheners in the place. I couldn't even try it on. I guess I will have to wash it first.

Bought this jacket. It didn’t fit. I shipped it to them with their label but they did not refund me. If I knew I would have lost $100, I would have kept it for someone who could have used it. Don’t order from this seller.
