At 70 inches long, it will cover all but the tallest people, and it's wide enough that it won't leave your sides exposed. It's also just dense and weighty enough that it's very warm, even when our home is chilly on cold winter nights. Plus, the sherpa lining feels great against the skin. Now all of my other blankets are in the closet as backups, while this Eddie Bauer throw sits on the ottoman ready for use. The perfect size and weight, it instantly made me feel warm without melting. There's no shedding, too. It was perfect... so I ordered ANOTHER blanket!
