This is an initial review because it is too early to gauge long term results. In the first instance, I think this product needs better packaging. The design is a nice flip open box with foam cutouts to hold the various parts. Unfortunately, the packaging is not tight enough so many of the parts (some of them quite heavy) came loose & bounced around during transit. This resulted in some slight cosmetic damage to the components, but no functional damage. The unit is very nicely constructed--not cheap and flimsy, and the touch screen system appears to operate quite nicely. Most of the functions are more or less self-evident from the touch screen. This is fortunate because the manual tends to be confusing and contradictory. The manual is nicely printed, but it is very short and the "English" reads like a very poor machine translation. Between the manual and the touch screen one can figure most things out. What remains sort of a mystery is the identity of the 7 work heads provided. The manual and the touch screen show tiny pictures with numbers associated with each work head. Some of the work heads have very obvious shapes and are readily identifiable; others are impossible to identify based on the pictures. I would think having a number embossed on each work head would solve this problem. If there are any such numbers, they must be pretty small because I haven't been able to find them. I haven't yet used the unit long enough to know if it is beneficial in the long term. At the recommended settings it does not exacerbate pain, and actually appears to help with temporary pain relief. I'm hoping the results are longer lasting following more treatment sessions. One thing to be aware of is that the unit is fairly noisy in operation.

I did not like this product because it uses compressed air to drive the therapeutic head which when it hits the body part it hurts it by striking it sharply. I bought it for fixing ED problem but it made my body part sore and had to stop using it. I think when medical professionals talk about using ultra sonic waves to fix ED, they are referring to electronic ultra sonic waves and not pneumatic power waves (compressed air). Again, I used it a few times and it made my body part sore. I looked up reviews for the product and found one on Amazon. The customer did not like it, referring that the product manual showed mostly how to treat ED. I guess he had bought it to therapi muscles. I did not find reviews in any search engine. If I have used it wrongly, the manual did not help. In one paragraph it stated to use the product as per doctor's advice. I felt it was a waiver and with that I could not trust the product maker to insure a safety best interest for me.

Have been using it for three weeks. Works good so far. We applied it to each member of the family. Trying to heal back pain, elbow pain and nerve pain. Let's see how it will be after few months.

The manual was not written by someone who fully understands the English language, the device could not calibrated to specific frequencies as the manual suggested for certain of its uses, and lastly the manual recommended a telephone call for any issues and nowhere in the manual could I find a number. I returned this device for a refund hours after I completed opening and inspecting the device.
