This bike is exactly what I wanted. I live on an island with a lot of hills and a lot of dirt roads. I had been borrowing a e-bike that was designed for the city and it was convenient for main roads but not rideable on the dirt roads. This bike has amazing shocks and treaded tires. I’m very happy about riding it up and down my dirt road. Only problem was the bike came with a loose chain. I didn’t know what to do about it, but I took it to the local bike rental spot and they bent a piece of the chain mechanisms and it works like a charm now. Love it! ... show more

I have enjoyed using this product since 6/26/2020. It is like being a kid again. I can ride all over town and mountain bike on trails near by. I can go on a 20 mile bike ride and hardly break a sweat. I am averaging about 35 miles to charge but I try to pedal all the time which helps battery charge. I love the disc brakes and stopping power, the ability to change speeds of gears and speed of electric motor. Bike was easy to assemble and fun to ride, I have found no issues with bike itself. Recently while riding I clipped and rock which cut the speed cable to the display. I contacted manufacturer by email and had a great experience. Even though Ecotric did not have to help me, Viktor went a head and shipped me the parts I needed to replace the cable at no charge not even for shipping. They have done all they could to make sure I was happy. I will be buying additional bikes, due to quality of bike and good customer service! ... show more

I was skeptical about buying the bike at first. I saw several bad reviews. Still the good outweighed the bad. I have ridden a little over a 100 miles trouble free. The bike performs as it should. I gave 4 stars because there is always room for improvement. I will say my bike was shipped very quickly. It was easy to do the final assembly. The negatives. The instruction manual is nearly useless, as far as the LCD functions. The seat is uncomfortable. That's an easy fix. I'm getting 30 miles with pedal and battery. I got this for my husband for Christmas. We live in the mountains of CO so he took it to Boulder to try it out. He loved it and said he could go a lot further. The bike is heavy. You can take the battery off if you lock the bike somewhere. I had the bike shipped directly to an assembly place and there were some problems when they got it (some holes had to be re-drilled) which cost me $60. Took awhile to get the money back but the manufacture was very helpful. I’m not a real huge bike person (can you tell?) but bottom line is my husband likes it! I gave it only 4 stars because of the hassle of dealing with getting the money back. ... show more

Don’t convert your bike to an ebike. Buy this instead. You can’t get a better value. This things is built well. The frame is sturdy. It gets up and moves good. The 500w is literally perfect. Adjustable front suspension. Nice tires, awesome display. Hands down best value ebike on the market. This frame and bike, is not like a normal bike that would be converted. This is safe and strong. I’ve seen normal bike frames break after converted to electric because it wasn’t make for the stress and speed. Not only all these plus sides but this company is very easy and professional to work with. A must buy. *Update- At 6000 miles and still going. The assembly was a little more inconvenient that other e-bikes but that isn't a big deal. Its just a very basic e-bike for the price compared to what other e-bikes offer. The ride was Ok however i feel like there is resistance in the wheels and the motor makes some weird sounds. The other e-bike i bought from a different company seems to be much smoother. The seat is very uncomfortable and will definitely be replaced. The owners manual is completely useless. I am going to ride it for another week and update my reviews accordingly. ... show more

Shipping was an issue but not the sellers. Bike arrive in perfect condition and assembly is simple. Exceeded my expectations! I live in the mountains of northern CA and and up there in age so a conventional bike wasn’t an option. With the different levels of assist I can get as much or as little exercise as I want. I don’t usually write reviews but there are so many trolls out there I feel happy customers usually don’t tell people about it. First off, this Shipped so fast. A week ahead of schedule. Unreal. Came in a box to my front door. Easy to understand instructions. Anyone who has ever played with legos can figure out the assembly of the bike.
