Purchased early November - currently holding a mostly-shaded 2000 gallon oval above ground pool between 75 & 80 in SoCal with night temperatures dipping below 50 and day temperatures in the 60s - low 70s. I do have a "bubble-wrap" cover on the pool at nights. It's at 80 in the pool right now at 10:30 pm and 51 in the back yard. Highest temperature reading so far was 84 after a few warmer fall days and high humidity just before Thanksgiving. It took several days to get the temperature up from a starting point of 55-60 daytime pool temperatures but once the pool was warm it has been consistent. ... show more
