I can’t say enough good things about this shampoo and it’s matching conditioner. It smells amazing but it’s a strong scent so you will either love it, or you hate it, but I love it. The ingredients are mostly natural so it’s gentle enough if your like me and want to wash your hair everyday. It makes my hair so soft and silky and beautiful. I used to struggle with hygiene and never wanted to take a shower but ever since I bought this set (along with the matching shower gel) I get in the shower every day and look forward to it!! When I read other reviews saying the scent was strong, I thought they were just sensitive people. But it IS strong! However I love the smell! I agree with another review that likened it to lavender and patchouli. I received a small travel sized hand lotion also, that I cannot not tolerate. It is so strong it gives me a headache, and I’ve never been one that was sensitive to smells. I do love the scent so I just tried a pea-sized dollop of the lotion and even that is so strong it gave a headache. Yet the shampoo and conditioner, once rinsed, leaves a soft non-overwhelming scent that lasts for more than a day.

If you can get past the fragrance it's all good! I am using it but the smell reminds me of gift box powder from the 1970's. I'm on the fence about buying it again even though I like the shampoo and conditioner. If you use additional products after shampooing, I think that helps with the old lady smell.

This stuff smells SO good! The scent actually stays in my hair for a full day afterwards and is so strong I can actually smell it on myself, which I love. I also have really dry hair, and this does the trick in keeping it soft without weighing it down. I usually use coconut oil after I shower as a leave-in moisturizer, and I've actually had to use less since switching to this brand. The shampoo also foams up really nicely and I don't have to use much to get a good wash for my very long hair.

There are harmful chemicals that are carcinogenic and endocrine disrupters in this shampoo. Titanium Dioxide is banned in many countries. The bottle makes this product appear so natural and clean. I've been using this product on myself and my children for months before checking the label. Never again! I'll be checking all labels from now on, food & cosmetics. We are switching to apple cider vinegar + distilled water mix to replace shampoo. PSA, Suds does not equal clean. Many companies/manufacturers add an unnecessary ingredient to make the suds so we can *see* the clean. Much love and check your labels y'all.
