This bike is inferior in every way. Not only is it of bad quality it's just plain dangerous. It requires a tightening of all the parts after the shortest ride. Twice now the handle bars have come loose and fell forward. The screws and peddles are easily stripped, the battery drains so quick that the shortest commute can unexpectedly leave the rider stranded, which is especially frustrating when taking it off road. It is fast but not as fast as advertised. The rear view mirrors would be a nice feature if they weren't totally useless. Such a disappointment that it's barley worth the time writing this review except to diswade anyone considering buying. ... show more

The frame broke within the first 2 weeks we had it. They have since given us a partial refund and sent parts to fix the bike. We have it at a mechanic.

The bike is great. The rack, however, was not wide enough to fit the screw holes on the frame of the bike, so I cannot install it or use it. Unfortunate, but the bike still works without it. Maybe I just got a rack that has bad dimensions? Update: The headlight bracket sheared off during a ride on a somewhat bumpy paved road. The replacement rack I was sent after sending pictures of measurements with a caliper was the exact same size, so it did not fit either. Now, just a little over 3 months in, the key won't turn in the keyhole and is stuck, making the bike unrideable. I got 2500 miles out of a $500 e-bike before this one and it lasted two years. This one, not so much. I would recommend looking elsewhere for something with higher quality. ... show more
