Mine came broken, just the case around it, no big deal. I exchanged it got a new one in 2 days and this battery is awesome. It's weight and longevity is great for at least what I used it for and that's a trolling motor for my boat. Definitely recommend if you want an awesome lightweight battery. I purchased 3 Eco Worthy batteries and1 happened to be defective. It was disappointing but the promptness with the service to resolve the issue was impressive. I had them at a very competitive price, they perform as claimed and when required, the after sale service is excellent. I will need a couple more as I can rely on these for my trolling motor, water pump and lighting at the cabin

Edit: I have revised my review after further problem solving. I previously gave a poor review over what I now know was not a problem with the battery. I was getting a short in my wiring, and I believe the BMS was kicking in. After 5 weeks, this battery seems to be working OK. I previously was never able to bring it down to completely dead after a full charge due to a wiring issue. I will test it and update my review later. So far so good.

I would like a carry handle. I have been using it quite a bit to see if it is going to hold up under operation. Several people had said the BMS failed and would not recharge. So far I have had no problems. Nice case on the battery.

I’ve used it four times and now it will not charge at all. Won’t even charge a cell phone. Now 31 days after purchase and Amazons assistance that’s included is “not available for this product.” Very unhappy with no recourse except this review. Save your money and buy something decent. Edit: after searching the manufacturers website, not on Amazon, I noticed it has a three year warranty. I contacted CS through their website and they sent a replacement battery. Problem solved, I’m happy.

I have a 12' jon boat with a 40 lb thrust trolling motor and this battery worked great for several hours in heavy wind with me and my wife in the boat. Very happy with its performance! It still had ample charge left when we were done fishing!

I purchased this Battery with high hopes for its performance and longevity, especially given its advertised 4000+ cycles. Initially, the battery worked well, providing reliable power for my boat. However, I was disappointed when the battery's performance began to decline after just six months of use. Despite following all the recommended usage and charging guidelines, the battery no longer holds a charge as it used to. It is a budget option so perhaps to be expected.
