Edit: I have revised my review after further problem solving. I previously gave a poor review over what I now know was not a problem with the battery. I was getting a short in my wiring, and I believe the BMS was kicking in. After 5 weeks, this battery seems to be working OK. I previously was never able to bring it down to completely dead after a full charge due to a wiring issue. I will test it and update my review later. So far so good. ... show more

I would like a carry handle. I have been using it quite a bit to see if it is going to hold up under operation. Several people had said the BMS failed and would not recharge. So far I have had no problems. Nice case on the battery.

I’ve used it four times and now it will not charge at all. Won’t even charge a cell phone. Now 31 days after purchase and Amazons assistance that’s included is “not available for this product.” Very unhappy with no recourse except this review. Save your money and buy something decent. Edit: after searching the manufacturers website, not on Amazon, I noticed it has a three year warranty. I contacted CS through their website and they sent a replacement battery. I have a 12' jon boat with a 40 lb thrust trolling motor and this battery worked great for several hours in heavy wind with me and my wife in the boat. Very happy with its performance! It still had ample charge left when we were done fishing!

However, I was disappointed when the battery's performance began to decline after just six months of use.
