I purchased this 4 pack of Eco-Worthy batteries for my golf cart. You sent 4 and 1 of them is defective, STILL sitting outside waiting for return shipping label from Eco-Worthy, to receive replacement good battery apparently manufacturer doesn't check for quality before shipping. I informed Amazon, then Eco-Worthy of the defective battery as the golf cart requires 48v to operate, I'm only getting 38v, sent to you picture as requested of voltage reading on defective battery, 11.8v this was after individual charging and NOT 13.4 volts as the good batteries. The manufacturer doesn't return phone calls or messages as was told have to contact manufacturer for any problems. Once bought, Amazon washes their hands of any issues or any problems the customer has with the products they sell. Only care about the money. Eco-Worthy so far, is not working with me to pay shipping for return and exchange for quality battery as promised. Will update review if issue ever gets resolved quickly, before I'm forced to take other steps. All I wanted, and paid for, is to get decent batteries for my golf cart to get around my retirement park with my dog, as I'm a Senior and not rich, I chose your product because of good reviews, it's hard to get around sometimes so I bought an older Star golf cart which these batteries are supposed to handle nicely and does when I have ALL GOOD batteries. I hope this can be resolved quickly so I can update my review. I'm tired of looking at, a paid for cart I can't use! All because of careless product shipping of replacement batteries. Let's get done! I'm impatient with such poor customer service, as I am an award winning Retail Manager in customer service myself, and your lack of correspondence makes lack of 100% quality product worse. I like this battery it runs my 45lb trolling motor for about 3 hours on high and all weekend if you use it on the slower settings, my biggest gripe is the size of the terminals there only 8mm and it’s hard to find metric rig terminals if you need some in a pinch also without any loctight they will come lose and can cause the terminals to get really hot, other big gripe is that I had it almost melt down in my boat wile in the middle of the lake. I noticed my trolling motor was not working properly, so I opened the battery hatch to examine everything and found the battery to be smoking hot and the positive terminal was so hot It melted the insulation off the wire. I checked the wires, the fuse and everything to make sure I didn’t have an issue, when I found out the issue was from the battery itself, I completely disconnected it and stopped using it. Luckily, I contacted the company and they replied within about 12 hours however they only replied in the middle of the night because they’re in China, I sent pictures and explained what happened and sent my proof of purchase from Amazon. Within two days, I had a new battery in the mail free of charge and they shipped it fedex express which is nice. So overall I’m still happy for the price that I payed but if the company had not been good about handling my issue I would not have recommended it. Also note that the battery didn’t try to blow up or anything like that it just got extremely hot to the point that the plastic around the terminals started to melt definitely scary but not catastrophic just don’t want to give anyone the wrong idea.

The 4 batteries that I ordered came in two separate packages on different days, but other than that everything was great. The seller contacted me through Amazon and gave me the second tracking number. Good Cus service, and a good product. I got them installed in my mower and they work just fine.

Initial Review: After a few uses, the battery discharges very quickly. Update: Eco-Worthy support helped me to determine the problem with my system (the problem was NOT the battery, but how I had components connected). So far it has been working well, after support helped me out.
