I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this product when it arrived. Well packaged. I was able to install this system in a few hours tops. I measured 22.8 volts of output even when it wasn't aligned with the sun. The instructions are a bit lacking, but easy enough to figure out. The unit is easy to install. However, once set up, there was no charging happening. Worked with customer service to troubleshoot and found out the panel itself was not working. I liked the price, but unfortunately when I opened the box the solar panel was completely and totally cracked all over. I didn't bother going any further with unboxing. So happy I found this vs 100 watt. Outer package was torn from shipping I guess but the inner package was perfectly wrapped up. Panel was not broken and all parts were there, works beyond than expected

No mounting brackets included. Panel had some cosmetic damage, but not broken. Only mounting holes to mount the long way.

installed on my 20ft travel trailer went on 2 week christmas trip. maintained charge well. 3 days were rainy and overcast so we used battery up dry camping. as soon as sun was out charged very quickly

Been 10 days so far so good. Received damaged controller, but customer service was great and shipped me a new one. Pretty satisfied, long insulated leads and weatherproof connections. Will update if I come across any issues.
