These are the best cargo shorts I've owned. They look good, fit below the knee but not too long (Im 5'10" tall) I'm stocking up in case they discontinue them. Thinner material than expected but good for hot weather.

These are by far the most comfortable shorts, fits great, and great quality. Lift the look as well as how light weight they are and appear to be durable with great stitching.

The quality isn’t the same as 2009-era, though during that golden age for Ecko, there were also hits and misses with some of the wardrobe pieces. These shorts are somewhat cheap and as a result, will last one or two summers if worn regularly and without too much abuse. Size is the same as the golden age but the stitching looks cheaply done and the quality of material isn’t quite the same; however it does feel similar. Around 2010-2011 I bought a Boba Fett zipper sweatshirt and use it to this day and still looks amazing imo. So there are pieces that last but you will have to spend a pretty penny for the quality. I’d buy again because I figured they would last a year or two with me using them once or twice a week. Knowing they don’t look that they’ll last forever or take massive abuse, hopefully will help you when making a decision. Not bad for the price, but know they won’t be like jean shorts or 5.11 gear. ... show more

I’ve bought several of these shorts. Perfect length and very comfortable. I’ve noticed they are running out of colors in my size and this saddens me. I hope they will continue with this style.

    • Beautiful and nice fitting shorts!
(Note: please DO NOT WASH these pants with belt on, I know common sense is a luxury today but still.) These shorts are very nice to look at and have a canvas like texture on the outside, it even comes with a nice low profile belt which is easy to adjust. Don't worry about foreign sizing this is 100% American and 34" fit me with only minimal belt adjustment. As for the durability you don't want to wear these as work clothes or for outdoor wear. Also, don't keep sharp/pointy metal objects in the pockets because it will cause a hole over time so use these for nice occasions instead. Overall very impressed! ... show more

    • The rear pocket is not standard size
Material is ok, the back pocket is way to small and does not close with a wallet in it. The damn pocket is to small a waste of money dont buy if this makes a difference to you.

For a big guy like myself i like these shorts. Hiking to fishing. It's a nice change NOT to wear elastic shorts.
