It works as expected however tape dispenser separated. Very odd the top came off and the dry clay used to weigh it down had broken in many pieces. I threw away the clay and attached the top to the bottom dispenser. Viola it's fixed! I have used the dispenser afterwards and found no issues other than it's lightweight which makes no difference to me.
